(a) Application form and prospectus can be obtained form training department, Central Institute of Tool Design, Hyderabad-37. on any working day between 9.30am to 5pm. on payment Rs. 300/- only (for SC/ST candidates Rs.150/-for PWD fully exempted) by Demand Draft drawn in favour of Principal Director, CITD, Hyderabad, on any Nationalised Bank.
(b) Application form can also be downloaded form our website www.citdindia.org and filled in application form can be sent to the Director(Trg.), CITD, Balanagar Hyderabad-37 along with prescribed application cost by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Principal Director, CITD, Hyderabad, on any Nationalised
Bank.
