Admission Procedure

Step1: Candidates desirous of getting admitted to the Courses of the Institute are advised to go through the information provided on the website and satisfy themselves before applying for admission.

Step 2: Duly completed Applications are to be sent to the Institute by courier / registered post with copies of all certificates and Demand Draft for Rs.337/- (Application fee Rs.300 and Rs.37 towards service tax @ 12.36%) on or before 31st May 2012. Applications received after the due date and incomplete / defective applications without registration fees will not be entertained.

Step 3: Candidates selected based on their performance in the personal interview.

THE INSTITUTE
The Institute of Insurance and Risk Management (IIRM) is an international educational and research organization. The Institute was set up jointly by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDA) and the Government of Andhra Pradesh. IIRM aims to serve the learning and developmental needs of emerging insurance markets in the context of their contemporary and future challenges. Chairman of the Governing body of IIRM is Shri J. Hari Narayan, IAS, Chairman of IRDA. The management team is headed by Shri Vepa Kamesam, Managing Director FmrDy Governor RBI and Managing Director ,SBI.


PROGRAMMES
IIRM offers programmes leading to the International Post Graduate Diploma in Life Insurance, General Insurance and Risk Management disciplines. The programmes ensure that students are given a solid foundation in principles of Insurance and its practice, while also providing them an exposure to a broader spectrum of applied area of Risk Management practices.

DURATION:
All the three courses are of one year duration under two semesters full time system. Classes will commence on third Monday of July and conclude on fourth Friday of March, every year. Selection of the candidate is on the basis of personal interview.



VALUE ASSURANCE
As a mark of its association and support to IIRM, Chartered Insurance Institute (CM), London has granted accreditation to the courses of IIRM. The successful International Post Graduate Diploma holder from IIRM in Life, General or Risk Management stream is eligible for exemption in 7 out of 10 subjects of the ACM . The Cll is the premier professional organization in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry. ACM qualification is globally recognized as a sign of competence, commitment and professionalism.This feature gives international status to the courses of IIRM. In addition, Institute of Risk Management (IRM), London accepts IPGDRM diploma holders for direct entry to the grade of Certificant of IRM (CIRM) on complying with their formalities.

Further, IIRMs IPG Diploma holder in Insurance and Risk Management is exempted from the Licentiate and Associateship qualification of Insurance Institute of India (III). Mumbai.The exemption will, however, be effective to the candidate passing at least in one subject of their Fellowhip examination and complying with other prescribed formalities.

IRDA has accorded recognition to IPGD Course [Life, General or Risk management] of IIRM to be on par with Fellowship of III, Mumbai as suitable qualification for placement in Insurance sector.

Awards
SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd awards an annual Merit Prize of Rs. 1,00,000, alongwith gold medal, to the student scoring over all highest marks in the examinations.



TATA AIG has instituted two cash awards of Rs. I lakh each and two gold medals to the students who stand first in the IPGDI Life Insurance and General Insurance Courses.

CM, London, have also announced a scholarship of £ 1000 to the student selected by IIRM, who qualifies first as an Associate of Cll immediately after passing IPGD course.

Apart from the above three awards, IIRM gives cash prizes to meritorious students

FEE STRUCTURE:
Fee for each course at Rs. 2,50,000 plus service tax as applicable is payable by the candidate. Several scheduled banks sanction educational loans.

ELIGIBILITY
• Graduates/Post Graduates of any discipline, including engineering/MBA from any recognized University, with a minimum of 50% marks or candidates with professional qualification like CA, ICWAI, CS are also eligible to apply.
• Candidates appearing for the final year Degree examinations can also apply for provisional admission.
• Age: Below 30 years as on 1-7-2012

APPLICATION:
Application forms can be obtained from the office of the IIRM against payment of Rs. 331 by demand draft from any scheduled bank favouring IIRM,at Hyderabad.The forms can also be downloaded from the website and sent to IIRM along with the DD for Rs. 331 towards registration fees. Last date for submitting completed applications is 31st May 2012.


STAY
IIRM has no hostel facility. Students will have to make their own arrangements.

About The Institute
The Institute of Professional Studies was set up in May 2000 by the Executive Council of the University of Allahabad under Section 44 of the Act. How to obtain Admission 2012 Registration Form?
Online Registration can be done at the University’s website www.auadmission.co.in and candidates can submit it without having to visit the University for collecting and submitting the form. OMR Forms along with information booklet will also be available from Pravesh Bhawan, Chaitham Lines, University of Allahabad, Allahabad-211002 U.P. on all working days between 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on cash payment of:

1) For UG & PG Courses: Rs. 600/- for General and OBC candidates and Rs. 300/- for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribe and Differentially Able applicants.
2) For Diploma: Rs. 300/- for all candidates.

Online registration at website www.auadmission.co.in is starting from 1st April, 2012 and sale of OMR forms from Pravesh Bhawan will start from 10th April, 2012.

Last date of online submission and submission of OMR form is 20th May, 2012.

This bulletin is meant for candidates who want to apply for admission to M.Ed. Course 2012-13 of the University of Allahabad. It consists of two sections.

Section 1: Instructions for Filling in the Online Application Form.

Section II: Relevant portions of Ordinances and Regulations pertaining to admission to M.Ed. Course.

Section : I

Instructions for Filling in the Online Application Form

The candidate has to fill and submit the Form ON-LINE, in accordance with the instructions given in the Website www.auadmission.co.in and also summarised in this Section.

NOTE :

The Form shall not be accessible at the Website after the last date of accessibility given in the Schedule. Before proceeding to fill and submit the On­line Application / Registration Form for M.Ed. Admission Test 2012, the candidate is strongly advised to carry out the following tasks for his/her own convenience:

· Take a Print-out of this Bulletin Information and Guidelines and read it carefully.

· Read thoroughly the Instructions for the filling and submission of the On-line Form.

· Review and ensure the correctness of the details of his/her academic record at the High School and Intermediate (or equivalent) and the Graduation, for purposes of making required entries in the On-line Form.

Get his / her latest Passport-size Colour Photograph AND the Signature (with Black ink on white background) scanned by Computer, so that the scanned Photograph with his / her signature can be submitted with the On-line Form.

If the candidate does not already have an e-mail address (e-mail ID), he /she should create for himself/ herself a valid e-mail ID, in order that the M.Ed. Admission Test 2012 Committee may send him/her significant instructions or information (as per need) by email.

The candidate has to separately remit the prescribed Test Fees, for Rs. 800/- (Eight hundred) in case of GEN and OBC candidate and Rs. 400/- (Rupees Four Hundred) in case SC/ST and PH candidates by a Demand Draft (Bank Draft) of any national bank, drawn in favour of "FINANCE OFFICER, UNIVERSITY OF ALLAHABAD", payable at Allahabad. The candidate should cross the Demand Draft, and write his / her full Name, Father's Name and Application ID generated upon successful submission of the Online Registration Form, on the reverse (back) lower left-hand corner of the Demand Draft. The candidate should also get Photo-copies (Xerox) made of the two sides of the Demand Draft and keep them secure for his / her own reference and record.

OR

The candidate has to separately remit the prescribed Test Fees, for Rs. 800/- (Eight hundred) in case of GEN/OBC candidate and Rs. 400/- (Rupees Four Hundred) in case SC/ST and PH candidates by CHALLAN downloaded from university web site www.auadmission.co.in.

It should be noted that the Test Fees shall not be refunded or carried over in case the application of the candidate is rejected, or his/her candidature is rendered infructuous or cancelled at any stage, or he / she does not appear wholly or partially for M.Ed. Admission Test 2012.

NOTE:

There is no provision for the withdrawal by a candidate of his / her application / candidature for M.Ed. Admission Test 2012 once he/she has submitted the Former, pursuant to the same, remitted the Test Fees.

The candidate is strongly advised to check (and double-check) that all the required entries have been fully and correctly made by him/ her on the On-line Application / Registration Form,, and in particular to ensure the following :

· His/her scanned Photograph along with his/her signature has been properly submitted while submitting the Online Registration Form.

· The information entered in different columns is factually correct and complete (i. e. relevant information has not been concealed or misrepresented).

· The details of the Demand Draft/CHALLAN by which the Test Fees amount is being remitted have been fully entered.

After completing and checking its entries the candidate should submit the On-Line Form by clicking the SUBMIT Button at the bottom for the online form. In the following circumstances, the Website shall refuse to accept the Form and shall give a message indicating the mistake (or mistakes) in the Form requiring correction. Such messages may indicate the following circumstances:

· The candidate has not filled one or more essential/mandatory fields (i. e. has not made one or more compulsory entries which are marked by * in the online form).

· The candidate has made an irrelevant entry in any field.

· Security Code provided at the bottom of the online form is not entered exactly.

· The candidate shall have to correct all the mistakes indicated in the message, and then submit the on-Line Form once again by clicking on the SUBMIT Button. The Website may again refuse to accept the Form in case mistakes remain. In such a situation, the candidate shall continue to have to make the required corrections and keep on submitting the Form, by clicking again on the SUBMIT Button till no further mistakes are pointed out by the Website.

After the form is submitted successfully, the Website will give the following message:

and will display Application ID assigned to the candidate for accessing the Website in respect of his/her candidature. An email will also be sent to the candidate containing their email and password. The candidate is strongly advised to securely remember / store the password for future use and reference. The candidate may feed his / her Brail and PASSWORD to the Website to view and take a Print-out of the Form, and check the status of his application.

NOTE :

It is clarified that the successful submission of the candidate's Form does not indicate that his/her candidature for M.Ed. Admission Test 2012 has been approved. In fact, the Form is subject to further scrutiny and the candidate shall not be entitled to appear at M.Ed. Admission Test 2012 till his/her candidature has been approved and his ADMIT CARD has been released On-Line at the Website.

Immediately after the successful submission of the Form for final processing, the candidate should do the following:

· Get the hard copy (Print-out) of the Form from the Website.

· Securely attach the Demand Draft/CHALLAN with the hard copy of the Form.

· Put his/her full signature at the place provided for the purpose in the hard copy of the Form.

After complying with directions dispatch the hard copy along with draft of the Form without delay by

REGISTERED POST or SPEED POST to

The candidate is strongly advised to ensure that the hard copy of the Form is sent as early as possible, without waiting for the last date for the Postal receipt of Forms to come close, so that it reaches the M.Ed. Admission Test 2012 Office in due time. THE UNIVERSITY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAL DELAYS OR LOSS OF THE FORM IN TRANSIT.

NOTE:

The hard copy of the Form shall not be accepted after the last date for its POSTAL RECEIPT, as specified in the SCHEDULE. The hard copy of the Form received within the prescribed date shall be scrutinised in the following respects :

· Whether the Demand Draft/Challan for the Test Fees is attached with the hard copy, as per requirement and matches the details given in the On-Line Form.

· Whether the hard copy bears the full signature of the candidate at the specified place signed by the candidate.

· Whether the hard copy and its contents are otherwise in accordance with the instructions and requirements.

If the scrutiny of the Form, on the points enumerated, establishes that the Application of the candidate is in order, he/she shall be duly REGISTERED for M.Ed. Admission Test 2012. However, if the scrutiny indicates deficiencies in one or more of the said points, the application of the candidate shall be REJECTED.

NOTE :

The process of Scrutiny may take at least two days after the Postal Receipt of the Form. It is clarified that the scrutiny shall be based upon the information furnished by the candidate himself/herself in the On-Line Form and with its hard copy. It is possible that such information may itself be false or erroneous, and this fact may come to light later. Where the candidate is Registered on the strength of such false or erroneous information, his / her candidature and, in case he has in the meantime been granted admission to the D. Phil. Programme, his admission, shall be cancelled, with retrospective effect, at whichever stage this fact is discovered.

Upon the REGISTRATION of the candidate, a message to this effect shall be displayed with his/her On-Line Application Form on the Website (which may be viewed by feeding the assigned Application ID and Password). This message may also be sent by e-mail to the e-mail ID entered in the On-Line Form.

Once the candidate has been Registered he/she should view and take a hard copy (Print-out) of his / her ADMIT CARD. The ADMIT CARD shall indicate the Roll Number, Test Centre and details of the candidate.

In the case of any of the following complaints of a candidate who has submitted the On-line Application/Registration Form, he / she may file a GRIEVANCE by e-mail to the following address: directoradmissions.au@gmail.com , using the same e-mail IDas he/she has entered in the Form and mentioning the Application ID in the subject line of the Email.

MBA Rural Development (MBA RD) Programme


The G B Pant Social Science Institute is conducting an Admission Test for its two-year full time MBA Rural Development (MBA RD) Programme. The MBA RD degree is awarded by the Central University of Allahabad. There are 27 courses spread over four semesters. Students acquire knowledge and skills through an appropriate mix of lectures, field visits, practice and experiential learning. An innovative learning process has been designed for the course.

NOTE : The process of Scrutiny may take at least two days after the Postal Receipt of the Form. Upon the REGISTRATION of the candidate, a message to this effect shall be displayed with his/her On-Line Application Form on the Website (which may be viewed by feeding the assigned Application ID and Password). This message may also be sent by e-mail to the e-mail ID entered in the On-Line Form.

Once the candidate has been Registered he/she should view and take a hard copy (Print-out) of his / her ADMIT CARD. The ADMIT CARD shall indicate the Roll Number, the Subject and the Test Centre details of the candidate.

Admission of Foreign Students: Admission of foreign national shall be made strictly as per recommendations of the foreign students advisor of the University as supernumerary seats. Foreign students recommended from time to time by the Government of India shall be admitted without Admission Test.

Seats: 46 or as decided by the University Admission Committee.
Reservation: As per Central University of Allahabad Rules.
Degree: The MBA RD degree is awarded by the Central University of Allahabad.
Requirement to Appear for Admission Test: Applicants except the foreign nationals applying through proper channel shall have to appear in the Admission Test.

Admission Procedure: The admission to the MBA RD courses shall be based on Admission Test comprising Written and Oral Tests. Based on performance in the Written Test, shortlisted candidates shall be required to appear in Oral Test conducted for MBA RD programme. The number of shortlisted candidates for the Oral Tests shall be decided by the Admission Committee. All tests shall be conducted only in English medium.

Written Tests (800 Marks): The written tests shall judge applicants for proficiency in written communication, intelligence, propensity to observe facts and use them, propensity to grasp and use quantitative and scientific tools, general awareness, logical thinking, reasoning power, aptitude for management learning and practice, and maturity in terms of personality development. There shall be four tests as follows:

i. Communication Ability in English - 200 Marks
ii. Aptitude and Reasoning - 200 Marks
iii. General Awareness - 200 Marks
iv. Quantitative Aptitude - 200 Marks
Provided that there shall be negative marking for wrong answers, in pursuance of which, while 4 (FOUR) marks will be awarded for every correct answer and 1 (ONE) mark would be deducted for every wrong answer.

Oral Tests (200 Marks): Shortlisted candidates shall be required to appear in the oral tests at G.B. Pant Social Science Institute. The oral tests shall comprise the following:

Group Leadership (100 Marks): The testing shall be done by grouping the applicants in viable groups and conducting discussion on chosen themes to test the applicant's leadership ability, group behaviour, and adjustment with group dynamics.

Personal Interview : 100 Marks Final List of Selected Candidates: The final list of selected candidates shall be drawn on the basis of overall performance of the candidates in the written and oral tests for relevant social categories.

Provided that a candidate has to appear in all parts of the written test and all the oral tests; thus, a candidate, who is, for whatsoever reason, absent at one or all the oral test(s) shall not be considered for final selection for admission.

Final result shall be declared on official website of GBPSSI and placed on the Notice Board of the Institute.

In case of Tie While drawing the list of finally selected candidates, a tie between two or more candidates securing identical score shall be decided as follows:

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION
The minimum qualification for admission to the MBA programme shall be graduation from a recognized Institution (Degree Course of at least three years duration with separate annual/semester examination system) from any stream. Students appearing in the final year examination of the undergraduate class shall also be permitted to apply, subject to the condition that they furnish their final graduation pass result not later than the specified date.

Provided that there shall be a deduction at the rate of 5% per year for each year elapsing since the year the candidate has passed his/her Graduation Examination, subject to a maximum deduction of 15% in the scores of the candidate in the Written Test and each Oral Test taken separately.

The University of Allahabad shall hold an Entrance Test on May 29th, 2012 for selecting students for admission to its self-financing B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) : Five Year Integrated Course. The Students who have obtained a minimum of 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST) at 10+2 or 11+1 or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Academic Council of University of Allahabad and the Bar Council of India, and General Category who are not more than 20 years of age and SC/ST and other backward classes who are not more than 22 years of age an on 1st July 2012, may be admitted to the BA LLB (Hons.) 5 year integrated Course. Students whose results are awaited may also apply, but their candidates shall stand cancelled if they do not qualify, or if their results are not declared, or if they fail to produce their marks sheet at the time of admission.

The Application Form and Prospectus will be available online and can also be obtained personally from the Pravesh Bhawan, University of Allahabad, Allahabad from March 24th, 2012 to April 25th, 2012 between 10:00 am and 04:00 p.m. on payment of Rs. 1200/- General/OBC (Rs. 600/- in case of SC/ST/PH in cash). Duly filled in Application Forms can be deposited Online or personally from March 24th, 2012 to April 25th, 2012 on the counters of the Pravesh Bhawan, Chatham Lines, University of Allahabad, Allahabad on all working days between 10 a.m to 4 p.m.

Admission would be done through Common Entrance Test for under graduation, conducted by University of Allahabad. Those interested in admission should appear either in B.A.or B.Sc. or B.Com. What is UGAT 2012 ?
UGAT-2012 is the entrance examination for the session 2012-13 for admission to the regular degree courses only i.e. B.A., B.Com., B.Sc. (Maths), B.Sc. (Bio), B.Sc. (Applied Science) and B.Sc. (Home Science), Globalization Dual Degree Programme of the University of Allahabad and its eight Constituent Colleges. This entrance examination will be held at Allahabad, Gorakhpur, Bareilly, Bhubaneshwar, Delhi, Patna, Varanasi and Bhopal centers except B.F.A., B.P.E., B.Music for which examination will be held only at Allahabad Centre.


How to obtain UGAT 2012 Registration Form ?
Online Registration can be done at the university website www.auadmission.co.in and candidates can submit it without having to visit the university for collecting and submitting the form.
OMR Forms along with information brochure will also be available for purchase from Pravesh Bhawan, Chaitham Lines, University of Allahabad, Allahabad-21102 U.P. on all days including holidays between 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on cash payment of Rs. 600/- for General and OBC candidates and Rs. 300/- for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribe and Physically Handicapped applicants. Online registration at website www.auadmission.co.in is starting from 24 March, 2012 and sale of OMR
forms from Pravesh Bhawan will start from 24 March, 2012. Last date of online submission and submission of OMR form is 25 April, 2012. Applicants are hereby informed that in no case the UGAT-2012 Registration Form shall be sent to them by post.


Eligibility for UGAT 2012
1. An applicant who has passed or appeared in any stream of the intermediate examination conducted by the U.P. Board/C.B.S.E./I.C.S.E. or an examination equivalent there to is eligible to apply for the Undergraduate Admission Tests for B.A., Globalization Dual Degree Programme, B.F.A., B.P.E., B.Music.
2. An applicant who has passed or appeared at the above examination with Science Group is eligible to apply for the Undergraduate Admission Test for B.Sc./B.Sc. (Applied Science).
3. Only such female applicants who have passed or appeared at the above examination either with (a) Science Group, or (b) with any other Group having Home Science as one of the subjects after having passed the High School (or equivalent) examination with science Group are eligible to apply for the Undergraduate Admission test for B.Sc. (Home Science).
4. The candidate who has passed or appeared in the above examination with Commerce stream or science stream will be eligible for admission to B.Com.

Note : Acandidate who holds a Bachelor's Degree in any stream is not eligible to apply for any of the streams of UGAT 2012.

How to fill UGAT 2012 Online Registration ?
Candidates can submit online form for the UGAT-2012 test at the website

Online Prospectus :
The prospectus for UGAT-2012 is available on the website www.auadmission.co.in and the admission seeking candidates can visit the website and download it. Candidates are advised to read the prospectus carefully before applying.

Process of filling up the Online Registration Form :
Candidates willing to submit the Online form are first required to deposit the applicable fees and then open website www.auadmission.co.in and submit their online form.

Process fordepositing the fees for online form :
For Online Registration the candidates can deposit fee through DRAFT made in favour of "Finance Officer, University of Allahabad", payable at Allahabad or download the CHALLAN of State Bank of India from the website and fill it up correctly by mentioning all the details required. The bank account number UGAT-2012 has to be clearly mentioned along with the applicable fee which is Rs. 600./- in case of General and OBC Candidates and Rs. 300/- in case of SC/ST/PH candidates. The completed challan along with the fees can be deposited at any of the
branches of State Bank of India. State Bank will give a unique 9 digit receipt number on acceptance of the fee and this number is to be entered by the applicant on the online form. If the fee payment receipt number entered by the candidate does not match with the details provided by the bank to the university then admit card will not be issued and application will be cancelled. Bank will also give two copies (student copy and university copy) of the challan to the candidate. The student is required to send the original university copy of CHALLAN/DRAFT to Director Admissions, Pravesh Bhawan, Chaitham Lines, University of Allahabad, Allahabad and bring the photocopy along with its Admit Card to the Test Centre and submit it at the time of Test.


Note : Candidate can apply for B.Sc. abd B.Sc. (Applied Science) or B.Sc. and B.Sc. (Home Science) courses by same OMR by blackening appropriate oval in the OMR

Requirements for Online Registration Form Submission :
Admission aspirants are required to have scanned copy of their coloured photocopy of passport size and scanned copy of their signature. These scanned copies of photo and signature are required to be uploaded during the online form submission. The specification of the scanned copy of the photograph and the signature are provided in the "How to fill Online Form" section of the website. All aspirants filling the online form are advised to read the instructions to fill up the online form which has all the pre-requisites and the guidelines. Upon successful submission of the form the candidates will be given a unique Application ID and a password. If the candidate has provided their email ID in the online form then a registration email will also be sent to the candidate which will have the Application ID and the Password details. The candidates can use this Application ID and the password to login to the website and view or print their forms and download their admit cards, when enabled. The forms submitted online can be printed and reviewed by the applicant. If they find any mistake in the data entered by them, then they can login to the website using their Application ID and the password and edit their forms and save them again. The Online Forms can be edited and saved for any correction required within 3 days of the date of submission or the last date of online submission, which ever is earlier. After the editing period of the form is over then no correction will be allowed and the candidates will be responsible for the data submitted by them.

Candidates are also advised to view their photograph and the signature uploaded in the online form and it should match with the sample provided in the "How to fill the online form" section of the website.
If the photograph or the signature uploaded by the applicant is not as per the guidelines then their application is liable to be rejected.

The candidates can download the Application Form for the said Entrance Test from the University website and submit it along with the attested photocopy of previous Educational Qualification and work experience certificates (if any) to the Room No.129, First Floor, Thesis Section, Fort Campus of the University on or before 13th April, 2012 up to 2: 30 p.m. ( refer Annexure - V for Application Form)

NIT Durgapur invites application from candidates for admission to the two-year full time MBA Programme for the session July 2012. Candidates having Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 55% marks and have appeared CAT or CMAT are eligible to apply.

Admission Procedure
MBA PROGRAMME (2012-2014)
N.I.T. Durgapur, offers the two years Full Time MBA Programme for the session 2012 - 2014. The programme has been designed with the expertise of leading management experts of reputed B - Schools of Eastern India, including Indian Institute of Management. Calcutta and corporate world.

Total number of scats : 92 (Ninety two)
Gen.-45+1 (PH) SC-13+1(PH) ST-07 OBC-24+l(PH) Eligibility : Graduate ( minimum 10+2+3 format ) in any discipline with minimum 55% marks in Graduation.

Candidates will be short listed on the basis of the recent CAT/CMAT Scores for GD and PI.


The short listed candidates will be called to Durgapur for GD and PI. The students getting provisional admission lo the MBA course 2012-2014 will have to submit the photocopy of final marks sheet and original migration certificate within one month from the commencement of classes. Failure of which will result in cancellation of the students' provisional admission. Prospective students from the waiting list will be called for admission.

Application Procedure:
Prospectus & Application form can be available either personally from the Institute Cash Counter, National Institute of Technology Durgapur, Mahatma Gandhi Avenue, Durgapur - 713209 on cash payment of ? 1000/- (? 400/- for SC/ST) Timing : 10:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m. on any working day (Monday to Friday) or by sending a request along with a Demand Draft of? 1050/ - ( ? 450/- for SC/ST). The Application form can also be downloaded from Institute's website and the completed form to be send along with DD of ? 1050/-(? 450/-for SC/ST). DD should bedrawnin favour of 'National Institute of Technology Durgapur', payable at State Bank of India, R.E. College, Durgapur.

The application form properly filled and signed by the Applicant together with attested copies of the pass certificates / mark sheets of all examinations passed including CAT / CMAT score card along with duly filled up address slips shall be sent to the Office of the Dean (Research & Consultancy), PG & Research Section, National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, Mahatma Gandhi Avenue, Durgapur - 713209, West Bengal so as to reach on or before closing date. Incomplete Application Form and Filled up Form without supporting Documents will be summarily rejected.
