2. Eligibility:

a. Ph.D. (Engineering):

M.E./M.Tech (Minimum two yrs) at first attempt with minimum 60 percentage / grade B+ (as mentioned by University in Final Marksheet) at Masters Level
or
M.E./M.Tech (Minimum two yrs) at first attempt with minimum 55 percentage / grade B (as mentioned by University in Final Marksheet) at Masters level & B.E/B.Tech with minimum 60 percentage / grade A (as mentioned by University in Final Marksheet) at Bachelor level.
b. Ph.D. (Technology Management):

M.E./M.Tech/ (MBA with BE/B.Tech) (Minimum two yrs) at first attempt with minimum 60 percentage / grade B+ (as mentioned by University in Final Marksheet) at Masters level
or
M.E./M.Tech/(MBA with BE/B.Tech ) (Minimum two yrs) at first attempt with minimum 55 percentage / grade B (as mentioned by University in Final Marksheet) at Masters Level & B.E/B.Tech with minimum 60 percentage / grade A (as mentioned by University in Final Marksheet) at Bachelor level.
The Candidates must have completed Masters in stipulated duration as per University/ Institution awarding degree.

5. Selection Process:

• NMIMS Entrance Test
• Presentation based on SOP followed by Personal Interview

During interview candidates are expected to discuss their research interest/area
Selection will be on merit
Note: Candidates those who have qualified in NET/SET/GATE/JRF examination of the apex bodies in higher/technical professional education such as UGC, CSIR, ICMR or other
equivalent examinations (such as DST/DBT) are exempted from NMIMS entrance test. However they have to appear for Personal Interview

2. After the commencement of Programme but before the close of the admission.           Rs.1000 + Proportionate fees i.e. one tenth of the fees for every completed month or part thereof, if the seat vacated by the candidate is filled. If the seat remains vacant /unfilled no fees will be refunded.
3. Cancellation after the official closure of admission.

The candidates will have to apply separately to ASBM Bhubaneswar. They can buy ASBM application form along with the information bulletin on payment of Rs. 950/- (Rupees nine hundred fifty only) by hand from our corporate office or campus. Application form can also be downloaded from our website at www.asbm.ac.in. The fee has to be paid by Bank Draft drawn in favour of ‘Asian School of Business Management” payable at Bhubaneswar or by cash.
Candidates seeking admission to our Post Graduate Programmes will have to qualify either in CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT. Based on the performance in CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT and past academic performance, the candidate will be short listed for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The final selection of candidate to the programme will be based on the performance of the candidate in GD and PI.

Admission Offer :
Successful candidates will be intimated of their final selection after the group discussion and personal interview are over. The selected candidates must pay their first instalment by the stipulated date mentioned in the offer letter; otherwise they would forfeit their seat to the person next on the waiting list.

Admission Fee: Rs.4,86,000/- for two years.

International Internship Programme
International Internship Programme at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB), for a period of 8 weeks for selected students that includes course work, industry visits and/or excursion visits. This is an open option for the students of PGDM, PGDM – IB & PGDM – BIFS for which they have to bear extra expenses on actual over and above the specific course fee.
