Application along with Bulletin of Information can be obtained till 8th March, 2010, by Hand from the Office of the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, VP Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi-110 007, against a Bank Draft/ Banker's Cheque for Rs.750/- for General and OBC applicants and Rs. 550/- for SC/ST/PH applicants, drawn on any Nationalized Bank if favour of the Registrar, University of Delhi, payable at Delhi between 9.30 am and 3.30 pm on all working days.
Application along with Bulletin of Information can be obtained by Post up to 22nd February from the Office of the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, VP Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi-110 007, by sending a Bank Draft/ Banker's Cheque for Rs.800/- for General and OBC applicants and Rs. 600/- for SC/ST/PH applicants, drawn on any Nationalized Bank if favour of the Registrar, University of Delhi, payable at Delhi along with a self-addressed envelope of size 12" x 10".
Application along with Bulletin of Information can be obtained by hand only from Lady Hardinge Medical College, Maulana Azad Medical College and University College of Medical Sciences.
For obtaining the Application and Bulletin of Information, SC/ST/PH applicants should carry (if obtaining by Hand)/send (if obtaining by Post) a copy of the Caste Certificate/PH Certificate.
Application can also be downloaded from www.du.ac.in or from www.fmsc.ac.in and filled and submitted to the Office of the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, VP Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi-110 007, latest by 3 pm on 8th March 2010, along with the requisite Demand Draft.
