Eligibility : As per the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Gujarat.

Duly filled AMCMET Admission Forms with the relevant details should be submitted to the following addresses sent to on or before 5.00 P.M. 31 July, 2010.

No Application will be accepted or considered for admission which is received after the prescribed due date for any reason whatsoever, including delay in postal transit for non receipt of the AMCMET Application.
