Application Form can also obtained by post by sending a request to The Director, IDE, University of Kerala, Kariavattom, Thiruvananthapuram, PIN- 695581, along with a self-addressed cover (27x17 cm) stamped for Rs.15/- and a Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Finance Officer, University of Kerala from SBT payable at SBT service branch, Thiruvananthapuram or from the District Co-operative Bank branches payable at State Co-operative Bank Head office Branch at Thiruvananthapuram.
