The Regional Mathematical Olympiad sponsored by the National Board for Higher Mathematics and coordinated by the Department of Mathematics, CUSAT, will be held on 5th December 2010 at several centres in Kerala.
This is meant for talented students of Class X/XI/XII and is the first stage for selecting an Indian team for the International Mathematical Olympiad to be held in The Netherlands in July 2011.
The first five rank holders will get cash awards sponsored by KSCSTE and Prof C S Venkataraman Memorial prizes. Applications with details such as name, class, address, email etc and forwarded by the principals of recognized schools, along with DD for Rs 30/ each in favour of Regional Coordinator, INMO payable at any bank in Cochin should reach Dr. P M Mathew, Department of Mathematics, St Josephs College, Devagiri, Calicut-673008 latest by October 25th, 2010
