National Institute of Construction Management and Research invites applications for admission to the following PG Programs :
A. Full Time On – Campus Programs : Commencing July 2011
1. Two Year Post Graduate Program in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM) : Full – Time 25 Batch – Offered from Pune, Hyderabad and Goa Campuses.
Eligibility Criteria :- Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline or architecture with 50% aggregate marks.
2. Two Year Post Graduate Program in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM) : Full – Time 7 Batch – Offered from Pune Campus.
Eligibility Criteria :- Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline with 50% aggregate marks.
3. Two Year Post Graduate Program in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM) : Full – Time 3 Batch – Offered from Pune Campus.
Eligibility Criteria: -Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline or architecture with 50% aggregate marks.
4. Two Year Post Graduate Program in Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management (PGP IFDM) : Full – Time 1 Batch – Offered from Pune Campus.
This new multidisciplinary program aims at in – depth training of engineering professionals for leadership positions in rapidly growing infrastructure sector, infrastructure financing & investment organisations.
The Program focuses on integrated approach to manage infrastructure projects, i.e. Structuring, Financing, Development, Execution and Management.
Eligibility Criteria :- Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline or architecture with 50% aggregate marks.
5. One Year Post Graduate Program in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM) : Full – Time 9 Batch – Offered from Hyderabad Campus.
Eligibility Criteria :- Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline with 50% aggregate marks.
6. One Year, Post Graduate Program in Quantity Surveying (PGP QS) : Full – Time 8 Batch – Offered from Hyderabad Campus.
Eligibility Criteria :- Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline with 50% aggregate marks.
NICMAR Application Form 2011 :
Prospectus & NICMAR Application Form for all the courses can be obtained from any office of NICMAR on payment of 1300/- by Demand Draft in favour of "NICMAR, Pune" or download the NICMAR Application Form from website our website www.nicmar.ac.in and send it along with application fee.
An additional amount of 700/- will be paid if you opt for more than one program.
(Final year students can also apply for Sr. Nos. 1. to 6).
