Management Aptitude and Skills Test - MAST is the latest offering for the benefit of both recruiters and fresh management pass outs alike. In the current business scenario companies are beginning to understand that to stay competitive, they need to focus on developing and hiring most suitable candidates for the right job. The task becomes tougher when the talent is raw and needs focused grooming. It is a huge challenge in terms of time and money for the recruiters to explore this talent from across the B-Schools which have mushroomed in the country in the last decade. MAST is structured keeping in mind the current Industry trends & practices for hiring of young fresh management talents.
The objective of MAST is to identify potential managers who are capable of making a difference in the management of the organization and create path that is good not only for them, but also for the society.

1 Filling of MAT Registration Form Online
1.1 Visit the link for applying online.
1.2 Visit this page regularly to view updated information.
1.3 Obtaining of Demand Draft (Pre-Requisite): You have to provide certain details from the Demand Draft at the time of online registration. Therefore, you must have the Demand Draft ready before filling up the Registration Form. You are required to obtain a Demand Draft for Rs.1050/- drawn in favour of 'All India Management Association' payable at New Delhi, in advance. Application submitted without the details of the Demand Draft will not be accepted
1.4 Fill Online Registration Form: With the Demand Draft ready, you can do online registration. You are to exercise sufficient care while furnishing the details. Recheck before submitting online as no editing is possible after submission.
1.5 After filling the form correctly, Click the button "Proceed Next". The data filled by you will be displayed. In case you wish to change any information, click "Back to Edit Registration Form" button. If there is no change in information, click "Submit" button. Recheck before submitting online as no editing is possible after submission.
1.6 An auto-generated Registration Number is allotted to you on successful submission of online registration form and will appear on print version of the Registration Form.
1.7 Before taking the print out, save the print version of application form using ‘SAVE AS’ function in the ‘FILE’ menu of the window.
1.8 After taking the print out, affix your passport size photograph & put your signature in the space provided and attach the Demand Draft with the print version of application.
1.9 You must keep an additional copy of the application form for all future reference.
2 Dispatching of duly completed printout of Registration Form
2.1 Make the set of the following documents: Print out of the filled online MAT Registration Form with auto-generated Registration No. with your photograph affixed and duly signed. On the back of Demand Draft please fill the following details Your Name Auto-generated Registration Number
2.2 Send the above set of documents to: Manager-CMS (MAT-Online), All India Management Association, Management House, 14 Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003.
Last Date for Online Registration 12th August 2011 (Friday) - Through Demand Draft 12th August 2011 (Friday) - Through Credit Card/Debit Card(Approved by Master/Visa)
Last Date for submission of registration form along with Demand Draft at AIMA, New Delhi 20th August 2011 (Saturday)
How to take the Test
COMPUTER BASED TEST : Test Date 18th September 2011 (Sunday) onwards Test Timing : In different Time slots at specific test venues; subject to number of candidates registering for Computer Based Test.

• Test Centre City list is provided in the Registration Form. • Computer Based Test will take place from 18th September 2011 onwards in different time slots. • One candidate can appear only for one domain Admit Card : • All provisionally registered candidates can down load their Admit Card from AIMA website link: www.aima-ind.org/ 15 days before the Computer Based test date i.e., with effect from 05th September 2011 (Monday). • Admit Card would be having Candidate Name, Photograph, Registration No, Test Date, Test Time and Test Venue Address. Candidate has to strictly follow the date and time allotted to them. • Candidates accessing the website the earliest can choose the Date and Time of his/her choice subject to availability. Those who have not opted the date and time slot for 4-5 days will be automatically allotted date and time slot by the system. No request for change of date and time slot can be entertained.
