Combined Shiksha Acharya (MEd) Entrance Test (CSAET)
The Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, Tirupati will conduct Combined Shiksha Shastri (BEd) Entrance Test (CSSET) and Combined Shiksha Acharya (MEd) Entrance Test (CSAET) at specified centres in different parts of the country.
Date of Examination : 12-05-2012, Saturday, from 10-00 a.m. to 12-40 p.m.
Examination Centres :
Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Cuttack, Delhi, Haridwar, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Manipur, Mumbai, Muzaffarpur, Puri, Shimla, Sringeri, Tirupati, Trissur and Varanasi.
CSSET (BEd) - Eligibility:
1. A pass in Shastri / BA (Skt.) or Equivalent in 10+2+3 pattern with minimum 50% marks OR
- A pass in two year Shastri / BA (Skt.) / equivalent with 50% marks and a pass in one year Bridge course/Setu or one year of Acharya / MA (Skt.) /equivalent OR
A pass in Acharya / MA (Skt.) / equivalent.
2. Those who are appearing for qualifying examination can also apply.
3. Minimum age - 20 yrs. as on 1-10-2012
CSAET (MEd) - Eligibility:
1. A pass in Acharya / MA(Skt.) / Equivalent with Shiksha Shastri / BEd (with Sanskrit methodology) alongwith minimum 55% aggregate marks in both.
(at least 50% marks in both theory and practicals required separately in Shiksha Shastri / BEd)
2. Those who are appearing for qualifying examination can also apply.
3. Minimum age - 23 yrs. as on 1-10-2012
Note : Relaxation of 5% marks to SC/ST/Otherwise able candidates.
