M.Sc. Information Technology
Eligibility: B.Tech / B.E in any branch of Engineering /Technology or MCA
M.Sc. in Geoinformatics
Eligibility: Bachelor's Degree in Science / Engineering / Technology with Mathematics and Physics as subjects of study.
M.Sc. Computational Sciences
Eligibility: Bachelor's Degree in Science/Engineering/Technology with Mathematics as a subject.
M. Phil, in Ecological Informatics
Eligibility: M.Sc. in Natural Sciences (Botany, Zoology, Environmental Science and Plant Science) or Physical Sciences (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry).
Post Graduate Diploma in e-governance (PGDeG)
Eligibility: Bachelor's Degree in any subject with working knowledge in Computer Systems. Preference to B.Tech/MBA/MCAgraduates.
A minimum score of 60% marks or CGPAof 6.5 in 10 points scale in the qualifying examination is required. Final semester/year students can also apply. For PGDeG, 15 % seats are reserved for Govt, employees.

For M.Sc. /M.Phil, courses, Govt, scholarships under SPEED-IT will be awarded to all students having minimum of 65% (7.0 CGPA) in the qualifying examination. SC/STstudents admitted to M.Sc. ITand PGDeG are offered scholarships by Govt, of India and Govt, of Kerala respectively.
