Diploma Pharmacy Course Admission-2012
Admission to Diploma Pharmacy Course in Govt and Private Polytechnics/D.Pharmacy Institute of Himachal Pradesh for academic session 2012-13
Applications on prescribed proforma are invited from the eligible candidates desirous to seek admission to 02 years Diploma Pharmacy course (including 15% All India quota seats and seats reserved for Kashmiri Migrants) available in Govt and Private Polytechnics/D.Pharmacy Institute of Himachal Pradesh Admission shall be made on the merit of marks obtained in the prescribed qualifying examination with specified subjects, as detailed in the prospectus
Application Form:
Prospectus containing prescribed application form and other relevant details/information will be available for sale from 25th June, 2012 in the office of the Principal of Govt Polytechnic Sundernagar, Hamirpur, Kangra, Ambota, Rohru, Kandaghat, Chamba, Govt ITI Shimla, Nahan, Bilaspur and Shamshi on cash payment of Rs 250/- (Rs two hundred and fifty only) on counter or by remitting Rs 300/- (Rs three hundred only) to the Principal, Govt Polytechnic for Women, Kandaghat, Distt Solan (Himachal Pradesh) through bank draft drawn in favour of the Director Technical Education, payable at Sundernagar, if desired by post

The prospectus may also be downloaded from the website www.techeduhp.com
In case of downloaded prospectus, the candidates shall have to enclose bank draft of Rs 250/- drawn in favour of Director Technical Education, payable at Sundernagar along with the application form
The last date for receipt of application form in the office of the Principal Govt Polytechnic for Women, Kandaghat is on or before 13th July, 2012, 05.00 p.m.
