ADMISSION NOTICE M.TECH.
PROGRAMMES 2013-14
Applications
are invited to fill up the vacant/leftover seats of M.Tech. 1st year in various
Programmes in University Teaching Departments. These seats will be first
offered to the relevant category of the candidates, as per the following
criterion:-(i) First on the basis of Valid GATE score, (ii) If the seats remain
vacant then the merit list of Entrance Test conducted by DCRUST. Murthal
(Sonepat) will be followed, (iii) If the seats still remain vacant the
admissions will be made on the basis of Academic Merit of qualifying
examination, {iv} If the seats still remain vacant under reserved categories,
the conversion of seats will be made on the same pattern as prescribed in the
University Prospectus for the session 2013-14.
Interested candidates
may download the application form from the University website www.gjust.ac.in and the same may be submitted
accompanied with a Demand Draft of Rs.800/- (Rs.200A for SC/BC candidates of
Haryana only) in favour of Registrar. GJUS&T, Hisar payable at Hisar
alongwith Photostat copies of all the documents to the Chairperson of the
Department concerned by 12.08.2013 opto 5.00 P.M. The counseling will be held
on 14.08.2013 at 10.00 A.M. sharp in the respective department as per
HSTES/DCRUS&T, Murthal/University guidelines. The candidates will have to
produce their original certificates to the Chairperson of the Department
concerned at the time of counseling for verification and registration purposes
and fee will be deposited at the spot.
