BDS Management Seat Admission Notice 2014

Admission Supervisory Committee & Fee Regulatory Committee,TC 15/1553-4, Prasanthi Building, M P Appan Road, Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram-695014 has invited applications for the Entrance Examination for admission to the 35% Management seats in BDS Course 2014-15 in the 16 member colleges of Minority Professional Dental College Management Association, All Kerala Self Financing Dental College Management Consortium and Sree Anjaneya Medical Trust, Malabar Medical College Campus.

The examination is being held based on the order dated 17.09.2014 of Supreme Court of India, in SLP No.19473/2014.

The Entrance Examination of 2 hours duration will be held from 11 am on 26.09.2014 at Government Girls High school, Chittoor Road, Near South Railway Station, Ernakulam.

Application can be submitted online at www.lbscentre.in/dental2014 as per the instructions there, latest by 5 pm, on 24.09.2014. Applicant should satisfy the criteria of eligibility as per the prospectus of the Associations/Colleges. The details of the Dental Colleges are given in this website.

A fee of Rs. 500/- has to be remitted by way of a Crossed Demand draft drawn from any nationalised bank drawn in favour of ‘The Chairman ASC’, payable at Thiruvananthapuram.

While applying online, applicant should enter all the personal details and click the button ‘SAVE’. He/She will then be taken to a screen where she/he has to upload softcopy of his/her recently taken Passport Size photo in JPEG format with size not more than 20 KB through the link provided for the same and click the button ‘UPLOAD’. On completion of this process, applicant has to click the button ‘PRINT’ and take a printout, which is the application form. A unique application number will be generated during submission and the same will be printed in the Application form. Applicants are not permitted to make any changes in the entered data, once printout is taken. In the printout, applicant should write the DD no. date, name of Bank in which the DD is drawn and the amount. Scanned copy of DD along with Application number should be sent by email in justicejamescommittee@gmail.com.  This is mandatory.

Printout of the Application with supporting documents for claiming relevant cut off marks, copy of Mark list, SSLC Certificate, +2 Mark list should reach ‘The chairman, Admission Supervisory Committee, Prasanthi building, MP Appan Road, Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram-695014’, latest by 5 pm 25th September, 2014 by Speed Post.

The candidate can view the status of the Application by entering the Application number, date of birth of the applicant in the website. Admit card for the Entrance Examination can be downloaded from the website on 24th and 25th of September 2014.

Applicant should affix a passport size photo duly attested by a Gazetted Officer in the foil of the Admit Card, which will be detached in the Examination Centre for official purpose. Result may be declared on 27th September 2014 and the list of qualified candidates will be issued to the Associations / Dental College.

The names of Dental Colleges are available in the same website for taking admission. The annual tuition fee will be as per the consensual agreement between the Government and Dental Association. Other fees will be fixed by the Fee Regulatory Committee and the same will also be available in the ASC website, www.asckerala.org/Dental  2014.The contact number of ASC office is 0471-2335133.
