M.D YOGA AND NATUROPATHY ADMISSION NOTICE 2015
Applications have been invited by The Secretary,
Selection Committee, Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy, Arignar
Anna Government Hospital of Indian Medicine campus, Arumbakkam, Chennai 600 106
for admission to M.D.(YOGA AND NATUROPATHY) Course 2015-2016 AT GOVERNMENT YOGA
AND NATUROPATHY MEDICAL COLLEGE, CHENNAI.
ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION - M.D.(YOGA AND
NATUROPATHY)
• A pass in BNYS Regular Degree course conducted by
the Tamil Nadu Dr. M. G. R. Medical University / by Osmania University / by any
other University recognized by UGC under regular stream (or) a pass in N.D.
(OSM) under regular stream
• Should have successfully completed the Compulsory
Rotatory Resident Internship (CRRI).
• Candidates who are undergoing CRRI shall complete
the same before the date of Entrance Examination for M. D. (Yoga and
Naturopathy) 2015-16 session. These candidates should enclose a certificate
from the Head of the Institutions in which they are undergoing the CRRI to the
effect that they will be completing the CRRI before the date of Entrance
Examination, failing which their application will be rejected.
ENTRANCE EXAMINATION: The Entrance Examination for
MD(Yoga and Naturopathy) will be conducted tentatively on 26-09-2015 at 09.30
a.m. in one session of 3 hours duration at the campus of Arignar Anna Govt.
Hospital of Indian Medicine, Arumbakkam, Chennai 600 106.

Cost of application form, i.e. Rs.
2000/- should be paid in the mode of DD in favour of The Secretary, Selection
Committee, Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homeopathy, Chennai.
Application from Non-service/ Private candidate/
Special Category candidates should be sent by registered post/speed
post/courier service directly to The Secretary, Selection Committee,
Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homeopathy, Arignar Anna Government Hospital
of Indian Medicine Campus, Arumbakkam, Chennai 600 106
The completed applications together with enclosures
should reach “The Secretary, Selection
Committee, Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy, Arignar Anna Government
Hospital of Indian Medicine Campus, Arumbakkam, Chennai 600 106, Tamil Nadu” on or before 11-09-2015.
DOCUMENTS TO BE ENCLOSED WITH THE FILLED-IN
APPLICATION
(i) Recent Photo on first page of Application Form
(ii) Attested copy of Internship Certificate
(iii) Attested copy of Statement of marks obtained
in First year to Final year of N.D. (OSM ) / B.N.Y.S. Course.
(iv) Attested copy of N.D (OSM) / B.N.Y.S Degree
certificate.
(v) Attested copy of the Medical Registration
Certificate.
(vi) Attested copy of the Community Certificate
obtained from the competent authority indicating the social status of
candidates belonging to BC / BCM/MBC / DC/ SC/SCA to be produced. ST candidates
should produce community certificate issued by Revenue Divisional Officer.
(vii) Two latest conduct certificates in ORIGINAL
from Group “A” officers.
(viii) Identification Card –cum- Attendance card
with photograph in the spaces provided.
(ix) Duly filled Hall Tickets in duplicate ( affix
photo in the space provided)
(x) Two Self Addressed covers (23 x 10 cms) with
postage stamps of Rs.40.00 (Rupees Forty only) each enclosed with the
application for sending the Hall Ticket and Entrance Examination marks
statement.
(xi) Attested Photocopy of Transfer Certificate.
(xii) Eligibility Certificate from Tamil Nadu
Dr.M.G R. Medical University for candidates who have qualified from other
Universities. This should be produced before counselling when called for.
(xiii) Nativity certificate (if applicable)
