Applications
have been invited by King George’s Medical University U.P., Lucknow, for
admission to Diploma in Psychiatric / Mental Health Nursing Course courses of Year
2015.
Eligibility
Minimum
qualifications for admission to RN & RM / GNM or equivalent Course from a
university recognized by the UGC with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate. For
SC/ST/OBC category, minimum of 50% marks in aggregate is essential.
Application
Application
shall be submitted online only using Internet, you will also get an admit card
online itself.
Online
application can be submitted on website www.kgmcindia.edu, www.kgmu.org.
First
register and create your Login ID and Password on the website as directed and
note it down for further use.
The
candidate has to upload the scan copy of DD of Rs. 1500/- (DD drawn in favour
of "Controller of Examination, KG Medical University, U.P." payable
at Lucknow in person/post to Controller of Examination, PHI building, KG
Medical University, U.P., Chowk, Lucknow.
Please
upload your passport size color photograph, scanned signature and scanned copy
of Sample Sheet. The photograph should be full face, from front, with white
background and without spectacles. A placard showing the name of candidate and
the date of photograph taken should be placed on the chest. The format (.jpg) should be at least 300 dpi
(200-500 KB size), for each (sample given online).
For
your personal reference please take a print out of the completed application
form and send the application form complete in all respect should reach up to 26 August, 2015
After
completion of the online submission of the form and fee, the candidates are
requested to take a printout of the Application Form, sign it in original and
post it along with DD (Demand Draft of Rs 1500), to the address given below:
