Steps for Online Application Process for NIMS University
The online application is for admission to programmes offered in NIMS University
Application Form Fee is Non-Refundable.
Email ID submitted at the time of registration will be used for all correspondences until enrolment is completed. Change in Email ID will NOT be permitted under any circumstances.
NIMS University Query Management System:
Applicants are strongly advised to use NIMS University Query Management System, rather than emailing, to get a quick response.
●Register and verify your email ID.
●Click on [Any Queries? Ask us] in your dashboard.
●Select the query category and submit your query.
Application procedure
Apply Online, Upload Documents, Pay Online
Applicant may purchase NIMS University Brochure cum form from University admission offices/ Authorized centres by paying Rs.800/-.
Steps for Offline application process for NIMS University
Passport Size Photograph: The dimensions of the photograph should be 3.5 x 4.5cm width. Scanned photograph should be in jpg, gif, png, jpeg, bmp format for online submission.
Attach Class X mark sheet or other qualifying marksheet as applicable. Scanned mark sheet should be in jpg, gif, png, jpeg, bmp, pdf format for online submission.
A valid personal e-mail ID and contact number.
Application fees of Rs. 800/- using Debit / Credit card / Demand Draft (in case of downloaded form).
Exam Mode
The test will be conducted online only.
Exam Duration
Duration of the test will be 120 Minutes

Important Points to remember:-
Application Form will not get submitted in the absence of the required documents
Kindly note that submission of an application form, does not constitute a claim for an offer date for the selection procedure or admission to the program. The application form may be rejected due to discrepancy in the supporting documents, or any other valid reason.
Candidates are advised to keep a copy of the duly filled Application Form.
An Application Form number is generated on submission of the application form. Use the application form number for future communication.
Log on to your Admission Micro site on www.nimsuniversity.org.in by using your ID and password as sent over to your registered mail Id or Mobile Number.
