ADMISSION NOTICE 2014-2015
Greetings
from Loyola College.
The
sale of application forms for the Academic year 2014-2015 will commence for all
Under Graduates and Post Graduates from 9th May 2014 onwards.
The
last date for submitting the filled-in application forms for all U.G.
courses will be on the 23rd May 2014 by 4.00 p.m. and for
all P.G. Courses is 18"' June 2014 by
4.00 p.m.._
For CBSE Students:
The
last date to apply is 28th May 2014.
1. Loyola College School of Commerce & Economics Building for both Shift I & II
Monday to Saturday between 08.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. in person.
· Application forms can be collected by submitting Demand Draft of
Rs.150/- for all UG courses and Rs.200/- for all PG courses taken in favour
“The Principal, Loyola College, Chennai – 34”.
· NO CASH payment will be accepted.
The Online Application Forms will be available in the College
Website, in the menu ‘Admissions’ (Application forms).
After the Online registration, kindly send the DD of Rs.150/- for
the UG and Rs.200/- for the PG forms inclusive of Processing Charges. Demand
Draft in favour of “The Principal, Loyola College, Chennai – 600 034”. Kindly
take printout of the application form and mention the Online Application
Number, Candidate’s name and course/subject in the other side of the DD.
3. By Post:
You can send a DD of Rs.200/- for the UG and Rs.250/- for the PG
forms inclusive
of Processing Charges. Demand Draft should be in favour of “The
Principal, Loyola
College, Chennai - 600 034” with a covering letter specifying
the following details.
1. Course name with subject code number, 2. Shift (Shift – I or
Shift – II), 3. Applicant’s
Name, 4. Complete postal address with pincode and 5. Contact
Phone Number (preferably
Mobile Number)
All the above details should be mentioned on the reverse side of
the DD also.

* Application forms:
· For the UG Aided courses: Shift I
· For the UG Self- Financed courses: Shift II
· For the PG Aided courses: Shift I
· For the PG Self- Financed courses: Shift II
An application form can be used to apply for only one subject
and hence, separate
application forms must be submitted by students applying for
more than a subject.
PG Applicants
1. It is sufficient to give marks statements of 5 semesters
(Semester Pattern) and two
year mark statements (non semester pattern)
2. Bring all your original certificates / attested Photocopies
(if originals are not
possible) for the interview on the same day of entrance exam.
3. Bring the acknowledgement card and the Hall Ticket when you
come for the
written exam and interview.
All filled in application forms have to be submitted at the
Computer Academy only from
12th May 2014 onwards and the acknowledgment card will be issued
for the same.
