Applications have been invited by Nalanda Open
University, Bihar for admission to the various courses of Academic Year 2014-15
from the candidates having eligibility as state against each course:
1. Master's Degree in Arts Subjects - Bachelor's
or equivalent Degree in any subject.
3. Master's Degree in Science - Bachelor's or equivalent Degree in the Subjects
concerned Science Subject
4. Master Degree in Commerce - Bachelor's Degree in Commerce
5.. Master of Library and Information - Bachelor's
Degree in Library and Science Information Science
6. Master's Degree in Journalism - Bachelor's
or equivalent Degree in and Mass Communication any subject or P.G. Diploma in
Journalism and Mass Communication 2 Years
7. Master of Computer Application - BCA
or B.Sc. in Computer science or Bachelor's Degree with 3 Years Mathematics as a
subject + Certificate in Computing
8.. P.G. Diploma Courses - Bachelor's
or equivalent Degree in any subject 1 Year
9. B.Ed. Course - Bachelor's Degree in any subject
with atleast 45% marks at graduate level plus 2 years teaching experience.
10. BLIS - Bachelor's or equivalent Degree in
any subject 1 Year
11. Bachelor?s Degree in Arts - Intermediate in any stream Subjects
12. Bachelor?s Degree in Science - Intermediate
in Science Subjects
13. Bachelor?s Degree in Commerce - Intermediate
in any stream
14. Bachelor?s Degree in Computer - Intermediate
with Maths Application (BCA) or I.A. with certificate in Computing
15. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
(BBA) - Intermediate
in any stream with 45% 3 Years marks at
Intermediate level.

PROSPECTUS:

UNIVERSITY HEADQUARTERS :
The Prospectus, containing Admission Form, may be
purchased from the Sale Counters of the Nalanda Open University at 3rd Floor of the Biscomaun Bhawan, Patna
or from any of its Study Centres on payment of Rs. 300.00 only by Bank Draft,
drawn in favour of the ?Nalanda Open University? payable at Patna. Students may
also deposit Rs. 300/- by ?Pay-in slip? in the Bihar State Co-operative Bank,
Bankipur, Patna, in SB A/C No. 01-20407 of Nalanda Open University, or in SB
A/C No. 762428166 of Indian Bank, Main Branch, Biscomaun Bhawan, Patna, in
favour of Nalanda Open University, Patna, and purchase prospectus of the
University from its sale counters by producing the counter foil of the said
?Pay-in- slip.

CENTRES :
All the Counselling-Cum-Study Centres / Study
Centres have also been permitted to sale the ?Prospectus? of the Nalanda Open
University on payment of the prescribed fee of Rs. 300.00 only. The payment is
to be made by Bank Draft, drawn in favour of the Nalanda Open University
payable at Patna
