ADMISSION TO B. Ed. SEDE (Bachelor of Education, Special Education -Distance Education) PROGRAMME 2012-14
RECOGNISED BY REHABILITATION COUNCIL OF INDIA, NEW DELHI.
Applications are invited for admission to B. Ed. (SEDE) Programme at 13 Study Centers.
• Eligibility criteria: Graduates and/or Masters with atleast 50% marks (45% for SC/ST)
• Duration: Two years
• Contact session: 450 hours in four contact sessions, two sessions every year (see Prospectus for details)
• Specialization in any two School Subjects (SS-1 and SS-2): SS-1 Teaching of English / Bengali; SS-2 Teaching of Science / Mathematics / Social Studies.
• Specialization in Disability Area: Mental Retardation (M.R.) / Hearing Impairment (H.I.)/ Visually Impairment (V.I).
• Last date for submission of Application: 29th July’2012

• Total Course Fees: Rs 20,000 /-
• Entrance Test: 5th August’2012
Admission will strictly be on merit basis.
Reservation for SC/ ST/ OBC/PH candidates will be according to existing State Govt. Rules.
Prospectus along with application forms will be available on payment of Rs. 500/- and also on production of Original Mark sheets to any of the 13 Study Centres of the University on and from 15th to 28th July’2012.
