National Institute of Construction Management and
Research (NICMAR) has invited applications for admission to the following full
time on campus courses of Academic Year 2015 Commencing at thier Campuses at
Pune, Hyderabad, Indore and Goa Campuses:
Courses
& Eligibility:
1. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Advanced
Construction Management (PGP ACM): Offered from Pune, Hyderabad, Indore and Goa
Campuses
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering
in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
2. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project
Engineering and Management (PGPPEM): Offered from Pune Campus
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in
Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
3. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate
and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM): Offered from Pune Campus
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in
Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50%
aggregate marks.
4. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in
Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management (PGP IFDM): Offered from
Pune Campus
Eligibility Criteria: This multidisciplinary
programme aims at in-depth training for leadership positions in rapidly growing
infrastructure sector, infrastructure financing & investment organisations.
The programme focuses on integrated approach to manage infrastructure projects,
i.e. structuring, financing, development, execution and management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline
/ Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
5. Eighteen Months Post Graduate Programme in
Management of Family Owned Construction Business(PGP MFOCB): Offered from Pune
Campus
Eligibility Criteria: Graduates in any discipline
with minimum 50% aggregate marks and belonging to a family having construction
business. Students are required to provide necessary documents and undertaking
as regards ownership of construction business.
6. OneYear Post Graduate Programme in Quantity
Surveying and Contract Management (PGP QSCM): Offered from Hyderabad Campus
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in
Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
7. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health,
Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM): Offered from Hyderabad Campus
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in
Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning or Diploma in
Engineering in any discipline with five years of experience. Minimum 50%
aggregate marks are required in all criteria.
Admission will be based on Entrance test to be
conducted at admission test centers of Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi,
Hyderabad, Indore, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai and Pune
