Applications have been invited by North Orissa University, Takatpur, Baripada for admission into following MTech Courses (under SFC mode) for the Academic Session 2011-12:

1) MTech (Computer Science and Engineering):
Eligibility:
MCA / MSc in Computer Sc. / Chemistry / Statistics (with Physics & Mathematics combination in graduation level) / Physics / Mathematics / Mathematics & Computing with 60% marks or equivalent from any recognized university OR
BE / BTech in Computer Sc. / IT / Electronics / Electrical Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent from any recognized university.

2) MTech (Nanoscience &Technology):
MCA / MSc in Computer Sc. / Chemistry / Statistics ( with Physics & Mathematics combination in graduation level) / Botany /Zoology / Biotechnology (Mathematics at+2 level or above) / Physics / Mathematics / Mathematics &Computing with minimum of 60% mark or equivalent from any recognized university OR
BE / BTechin Computer Sc / IT/ Electronics / Electrical Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent from any recognized university

Request for obtaining application form, by post, can be made to THE CHAIRMAN, P.G. COUNCIL, NORTH ORISSA UNIVERSITY, TAKATPUR, BARIPADA-757003, ORISSA. The cost of application form and prospectus is Rs. 250/- by hand and Rs. 300/- by post.
The application form can also be downloaded from the website www.nou.nic.in and be submitted to the North Orissa University with a Bank Draft of Rs. 250/-. All payments should be made through Bank Draft in favour of the Comptroller of Finance, North Orissa University, payable at Baripada.

Complete application forms shall be submitted to the Chairman, P.G.Council, North Orissa University, Takatpur, Baripada-757003 by hand or by registered post/speed post.

Master of Business Administration (MBA): From Joint Entrance List conducted by BPUT through central counseling
MA / MSc Anthropology and Tribal Studies: Graduate in any discipline
M.Lib. & Inf.Sc.: Graduate in any discipline
Master of Law (LLM): Graduate in Law
MSc Remote Sensing & GIS: Graduate in any discipline with Geography as a subject
MSc Bioinformatics: Science graduate with Biology as a subject at + 2 level
Master in Finance and Control: Graduate in any discipline
Master in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PMIR): Graduate in any discipline
Master in Social Works (MSW): Graduate in any discipline
BSc Biotechnology (Hons.): +2 Science or equivalent exam with Biology as a subject
