M.Tech (2 years Full Time Post Graduate Programme)

Eligibility
Wireless Communication & Computing Software Engineering Intelligent System Robotics Human Computer Interaction B.E / B.Tech / MCA/ M.Sc degrees in any branch of Engineering & its equivalent with valid GATE score in respective disciplines. Bioinformatics: B.E / B. Tech / MCA/ M.Sc degrees in any branch of Engineering / MCA / M. Sc (with valid GATE score in respective disciplines) Or B. Pharma / MBBS / BDS & BVSc & AH (Without GATE score). In addition, B.Pharma / MBBS / BDS & BVSc & AH candidates are also eligible for this programme (for whom no GATE score is required). Microelectronics Communication Engineering: B.Tech in Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electronics Instrumentation Engineering / Electrical Engineering / M.Sc in Physics (with specialization in Electronics) / M.Sc in Electronics with valid GATE score in respective disciplines.


How To Apply
All reservation for various categories (SC /ST / OBC / PH) as per go i guidelines apply. All GATE qualified and B.Pharma., MBBS, BDS & BVSc & AH candidates shall be eligible for a monthly teaching assistantship of Rs. - 8000/-. Candidates appearing in qualifying degree Examinations may also apply. A single form has to be filled, irrespective of the specialization and the applicant may indicate his /her choice of stream (specialization) in the application form. For offline submission applicants may obtain admission brochure cum application form from IITA center Jhalwa / NSC Allahabad. Application form may also be downloaded from the IITA website: www.iiita.ac.in . Application form fees is Rs. 1000/- (for unreserved candidate) & Rs .500(for reserved candidate SC / ST / OBC / PH)

Eligibility
Ph.D.; (Engineering)
M.Tech. / M.E./ M.Sc.(Engineering.) degree in the respective {Engineering) or allied area. The candidates with Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology or Master’s degree in Sciences in an allied area with exceptional academic record and possessing a valid GATE score may also apply. For Ph.D. in BSBE, candidates with MBBS, B.Pharma or M. Pharma Degree may also apply. Candidates with Master's degree in Management may apply for Ph.D.in industrial and Management Engineering (IME)
Ph.D. (Sciences & HSS)
M.Sc. / M.A. degree in respective or allied area {Sciences & with a valid GATE/ UGC/ CSIR score. For Ph.D in Economics, Mathematics at +2 level is required.
M.Tech.
B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc. (Engineering) / M.Sc. in respective or allied area with a valid GATE / UGC /CSIR score; B.Tech. Graduates from IITs with an overall minimum CGPA of 6.5 and a CGPA of 8.0 during the last two semesters in B.Tech. May apply without a GATE score (such candidates will, however, be not eligible for Assistantship if" CGPA is below 8.0). For M.Tech. in Biological Sciences and Bio Engineering. Candidates with MBBS or B.Pharma Degree are also considered. Eligibility for a specialization within a Department may depend on the candidate’s choice of test paper in GATE.
M.Des : A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design or Architecture with a valid GATE / CEED score.
