M.Sc. Nursing Common Entrance Test-2015

Applications have been invited by Tata Memorial Centre, Parel, Mumbai for M.Sc. Nursing Common Entrance Test-2015 leading to admission to M.Sc. Nursing course affiliated to Homi Bhabha National Institute.

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY:- Only Indian Nationals Can Apply             

Must have passed B. Sc. Nursing (Basic) with minimum of two years experience after obtaining B. Sc. Nursing (Basic) in a Institution or Community Health setting. One year clinical experience is mandatory.

Or

Post Basic B. Sc. Nursing degree from recognized university.

Or

B. Sc. Nursing (IGNOU) with minimum 55% aggregate from recognized university.

Or

B.Sc. Nursing degree from a Recognized University.

Registered with State Nursing Council.

Medically fit.

The application must be accompanied with self attested copies of all the mark sheets / certificates /degrees / registration certificate and other documents (from 10th to B. Sc.).

The completed and signed application form with all necessary enclosures should be mailed to the Office of the Director, Academics, Homi Bhabha Block Building, 13th floor, Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai - 400 012 on or before 31st March, 2015 by Registered/Speed Post only. The envelope containing the application should be superscripted "APPLICATION FOR M.Sc. NURSING COURSE.

Duly completed application must be accompanied with a Demand Draft payable at Mumbai for Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) drawn in favour of  Tata Memorial Centre, Parel, Mumbai

PDF version of the admit card shall be sent by email only to the candidates. If an eligible candidate does not receive the admit card, he/she may contact the Office of the Director, Academics, Homi Bhabha Block Building, 13th floor, Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel,  Mumbai - 400 012 on or before 15th April 2015.

The selected candidates will have to send their acceptance in writing by 2nd June 2015 failing which next wait listed candidate will be called. & they should pay their fees before 20th June, 2015. The course will start from 22th June 2015

For MCh Gynecological Oncology, possess a MCI recognized postgraduate degree (MS / MD or equivalent) in Gynecological Surgery.

For DM Critical Care Medicine, possess a MCI recognized postgraduate degree (MD or equivalent) in Anesthesia, General Medicine or Respiratory /Pulmonary Medicine or Emergency Medicine

For DM Pediatric Oncology, possess a MCI recognized postgraduate degree (MD or equivalent) in Pediatric Medicine.

For DM Medical Gastroenterology, possess a MCI recognized postgraduate degree (MD or equivalent) in Medicine.

Eligibility
For DM Medical Oncology, posses a MCI recognized postgraduate degree (MD or equivalent) in General Medicine or Pediatrics or Radiotherapy.

For M.Ch. Surgical Oncology, posses a MCI recognized postgraduate degree (MS or equivalent) in General Surgery Or ENT (Otorhinolaryngology) Or Orthopedics Or Gynecology Surgery

For M.Ch. Gynecological Oncology, posses a MCI recognized postgraduate degree (MS or MD Gynecology equivalent) in Gynecological Surgery. This course will be started in 2011 subject to final permission being granted by MCI and MOHFW before the due date.

Passed the qualifying examination (MD/MS or equivalent) in no more than two attempts

Those who are currently doing any DM/MCh/DNB (SS) anywhere in India are not eligible.

Candidates who have appeared for MD/MS exam this year may apply within the last date of application. They will be provisionally admitted for the CET.

Age limit: Not more than 40 years on the day of CET.

All interested candidates having the minimal eligibility criteria should open the application form online and fill it correctly and completely. All the entries in the form should be filled without any mistakes. Thereafter, the completed application should be saved and then printed. Candidates are advised to print the completed application form on one side of the paper only.

The application must be accompanied with attested copies of all the documents listed on the form.

The form which has been completed online must be printed, signed and mailed to the office of the Director - Academics, TMC on or before 14th June, 2011 up to 05.00 p.m. with copies of all certificates and documents attached. The envelope containing the application should be superscripted “APPLICATION FOR DM/M.Ch COURSE”.

Duly completed application must be accompanied with a DD drawn on a Nationalized Bank and payable at Mumbai in favor of “DIRECTOR - Tata Memorial Centre” of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only). Demand Draft submitted with this form includes examination fees and is not refundable in any case.
