DNB-CET 2010


Applications have been invited by National Board of Examinations, New Delhi, from eligible candidates for appearing to Centralized Entrance Test (CET), the qualifying examination for admission to the 3 years postgraduate DNB programme of January 2011 Session. CET will be conducted on Sunday, the 12th December 2010 at the following centers:

Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Mumbai, Nagpur, Kolkata, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Chennai, Trivandrum, Panaji and Chandigarh.

ELIGIBILITY:
a) Indian Degrees: Candidates who are in possession of Medical degrees from Indian Universities registerable as per the provisions of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 and possess permanent /provisional registration certificate issued by the Medical Council of India/State Medical Council and have completed one year of internship on or before the last date of submission of the application form i.e. 11th October 2010.

b) Foreign Degrees: Candidates who are in possession of Medical degrees from Foreign Universities and possess permanent registration certificate issued by the Medical Council of India/State Medical Council and have completed one year of internship on or before the last date of submission of the application form i.e. 11th October' 2010.

c) Candidates who are in possession of a Provisional Registration certificate issued by the Medical Council of India/State Medical Council and are likely to complete their one year of Internship before the last date of submission of the application form i.e. 11th Ocotber' 2010 are also eligible to apply for the CET December' 2010 subject to their submitting a certificate from the Head of the Hospital/Institution that they are likely to complete their one year of Internship on or before the 11th October' 2010.

Fee for CET Exam is Rs. 3500/- which is to be remitted along with a fee of Rs. 750/- for Internet Downloaded forms.

Exam fees can be deposited in cash along with prescribed Challan/Pay-in-Slip at all Branches of INDIAN BANK and Selected Branches of Axis Bank.

Completed forms along with challans and necessary documents are to be forwarded to National Board of Examinations, Nams Building, Ansari Nagar, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, New Delhi - 110029.

Last Date of submission of application form for CET is 14th October 2010.
