Mining Techniques for Farm Animal Management Admissions 2011-2012
 
 
National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal, Haryana, has invited application for participation in winter school on Data Mining Techniques for Farm Animal Management to be conducted from December 8 to 28, 2010.

The course is open for Scientists/ Assistant Professors/ Associate Professors/ Extension Specialists working in ICAR institutes/SAUs/CAUs/ KVKs.

Admission is based on the following eligibility criteria:
1. Master's degree in discipline of Animal Sciences/ Agricultural Statistics/Computer Sciences Applications
2. Working in a position not below the rank of Scientist/ Assistant professor with at least two years of teaching/research/extension experience
3. Knowledge of Statistics and Computers (Windows/ Microsoft Office / Databases/1 nternet) is essential

A Postal order for Rs. 50/- (in favour of Director, NDRI) towards registration (non- refundable) has to be attached with the filled-in application form.
