2) Leadership Development Programme for Trade Union Leaders from North Eastern States.
Management personnel and union leaders from government, public and private sector organisations are eligible to participate for the Programme 1) above.
Trade union leaders working in Organised/Unorganised sector from North-Eastern States of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura and Sikkim and aged between 20 years and 50 Years can apply for Programme 2) above. For the welfare of vulnerable and marginalized groups of the society, reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) are also encouraged to be nominated.

No fees is chargeable for Programme 2) of above. The fee is payable in advance by demand draft drawn in favour of V.V.Giri National Labour Institute, payable at New Delhi.
