Printed Information Brochure can be obtained from IIT, Roorkee by sending a DD of Rs. 100/- drawn in favour of "IIT Roorkee QIP", payable at Roorkee, alongwith a self-addressed A-4 size envelope.
The candidate should send printed version of the on-line application form duly forwarded by the Principal/Head of the Institution, along with relevant enclosures accompanied by demand draft (DD) of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250/- for PD/SC/ST) drawn in favour of "IIT Roorkee QIP", payable at Roorkee, to Principal Coordinator QIP, Quality Improvement Programme Centre, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, ROORKEE - 247 667.
Closing date of on-line application is 9th Nov. 2010 (Tuesday) and last date for submission of duly forwarded application along with DD and enclosures is 16th Nov. 2010 (Tuesday).
