About On line Registration: AIET 2011 Application forms will be required to be submitted ON LINE by visiting University Web Site under section All India Entrance Test 2011
Entrance Test Fee: Rs.2000/- by demand draft drawn in favour of Padmashree Dr.D.Y.Patil
University Payable at Navi Mumbai OR Applicant can pay registration fees On line via Credit Card, Debit card , Internet Banking , Cash card, Mobile Payment options.

The Last date for On Line registration of On line Application Forms: 12th May 2011 up to 5.00 PM IST

Registration of Application With Late fee of Rs.500/-: 14th May 2011 up to 5.00 PM IST

Distribution of Hall Tickets: Applicant will receive Hall Ticket in electronic format to the mail address mentioned while ON LINE application form, Alternately applicant can also download hall ticket from University Web site by entering Transaction ID and Date of Birth of applicant , if needed.

Date and Time of Entrance Test Examination: Sunday 22nd May 2011 11.00 AM to 2.00 PM ( IST )

Announcement of Results : Date of Result and Result both will be declared only on the University web site

Test Examination Centers: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, New Delhi, Ahmedabad


MODE OF ENTRANCE TEST

The AIET 2011 will be of three hours duration. There will be one question paper at the Entrance Test in English medium containing 200 multiplechoice questions (MCQs), 50 each in Physics,Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. Each correct answer carries one mark. There is no negative marking. Other details regarding model question paper, specimen answer sheet, method of making answers etc. are given separately in their prospectus. However, syllabus can be downloaded from the University website.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR APPEARING AT AIET 2011
Candidates satisfying the following criteria shall be eligible to appear for AIET 2011
1. Candidates must be Indian National. The Nationality Certificate issued by the District Magistrate I Additional District Magistrate I Chief Metropolitan Magistrate or a valid Passport shall constitute proof of Nationality.
2. The candidate must be either 17 years of age or attain this age as on 31.12.2011 (i.e. the candidate should not have been born after 31.12.1994)

3. Candidate should have passed H.S.C. (10 + 2) or equivalent examination from a Recognized Board with English securing minimum 50% marks (40% for all categories of backward class students) in the aggregate of the subjects namely, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology) for admission to MBBS / BDS. The Backward class candidates must attach copy of the Caste Certificate and Caste Verification Certificates along with the application.
Candidates who have appeared for H.S.C. or equivalent examination and whose results will be declared before the dates of Counseling will also be eligible to appear at AIET 2011


SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION FORM AND ENTRANCE
TEST FEE
The fee for the Entrance Test is Rs. 2,000/-. The feeis payable by demand draft drawn in favour of “Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil University”, on a Nationalized /Scheduled Bank, payable at Navi Mumbai .
The candidates should write their full name, address and transaction ID on the reverse side of the demand draft. The Demand draft MUST be dispatched at thefollowing address only.
