B.Pharmacy Lateral Entry 2011
The Registrar, HP Technical University has invited applications for admission to 1st/2nd year under lateral entry of B.Pharmacy Degree course in Govt. & Pvt Un-aided B.Pharmacy colleges of Himachal Pradesh during the session 2011-12.

Criteria for Admission to B.Pharmacy Course:
The candidate should have passed 10+2 (12th) examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board / University with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics / Computer Science / Bio-technology / Biology obtaining at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
Lateral Entry Seats:
Passed Diploma in Pharmacy from AICTE approved Institutions with at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) will be eligible for admission directly in the 3rd semester of second year regular B.Pharmacy course under lateral entry

Application forms can be availed from counters of colleges on payment of Rs.500/- or can be downloaded from the website link:

The Application Form complete in all respects must reach in the office of the Principal, J.N. Govt. Engineering College, Sundernagar, District Mandi 174401 (Himachal Pradesh) on or before 30.6.2011 by 5.00 pm through post or in person.
In case Prospectus-cum-Application Form is downloaded from website: www.techeduhp.com . the applicant must enclose demand draft for Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, HP Technical University, Hamirpur payable at Hamirpur.
Certificates / documents to be attached:
1. Matric / 10+2 certificate showing date of birth
2. +2 mark sheet issued by the Board/University, as proof of qualification
3. Marks sheet of B-Pharmacy Entrance Examination issued by HP University Shimla.
4. Character certificate
5. Bonafide / domicile Himachali certificate
6. Certificate in support of the category & sub category against which applied.
7. Declaration of the candidate in the application duly signed.
8. Declaration of the parent / guardian duly signed.
9. Diploma in Pharmacy (for lateral entry candidates only)
10. Income certificate (per annum from all sources) if applied against Tuition Fee Waiver scheme.
11. Certificate issued by the Commanding Officer in respect of Army Personnel posted in Himachal Pradesh.
