Doctor of Medicine (MD Ayurveda) Admissions 2011-2012
Lucknow University, Uttar Pradesh, has invited applications for Entrance Test for admission to Doctor of Medicine (MD Ayurveda) Course of Academic Year 2011-12.
The entrance test will be conducted on September 30, 2011 (Friday) at State Ayurveda College and Hospital, Tulsidas Marg, Turiya Ganj, Lucknow- 226004.
Interested candidates can obtain the application form as well as prospectus in person from the State Ayurveda College and Hospital, Lucknow, against payment of Rs.1500 (Rs.1000 for SC/ST candidates).
The respective amount for application form should be paid in the form of DD/Banker’s Cheque drawn in favour of Principal, State Ayurveda College and Hospital, Lucknow. Candidates desirous of getting the Application post have to add Rs. 50 extra as postal charges.
The duly filled in application form along with requisite enclosure documents (list given on the website: http://www.lkouniv.ac.in/ ) should be submitted to Office,State Ayurveda College and Hospital, Lucknow, Tulsidas Marg, Turiya Ganj, Lucknow- 226004 latest by September 10, 2011 (till 5.00pm).
