NOTICE

DNB: CET Centralized Entrance Test- December 2011


National Board of Examinations is an organization of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

NBE conducts DNB Programme at various accredited medical colleges/ hospitals/ institutions leading to the award of Diplomate of National Board (DNB)

DNB is a recognized qualification as per provisions of Indian Medical Council Act, and the Governemtn of India vide its various notifications issued from time to time has equated the DNB quallifications to the corresponding MD/MS qualification awarded by various Indian Universities.

Centralized Entrance Test is the Entrance examination for admission to the 3 years post graduate (post MBBS) DNB Programme.

The Board shall be conducting the next session of DNB CET on 11th December, 2011 for admission to DNB programme January 2012 session only. ADMISSION SHALL BE UNDERTAKEN AS PER MERIT BASED CENTRALIZED COUNSELING BY NBE.


For details of the scheme of examiantion, eligibility criteria, fee structure and application forms, candidates are advise to refer to the information Bulletin cum Application form which can be downloade (29-08-2011 onwards) from the website www.natboard.edu.in or obtained from branches of Indian Bank on cash payment of Rs.750/- only from 7th September 2011 to 30th September 2011. Duly compllete application form along with examiantion fee receipt can be submitted to the office of NBE latest by 30th September 2011.


Note: Possession/ use of Mobile Phones/ electgronic Devices is strictly prohibited in the premises of NBE Examination Centres and candidates shall be liable for the penal action for any such act.

NBE reserves its absolute rights to modify/ alter/ amend the admission guidelines.
