One Year General Management Programme (GMP)

Two Year Post Graduate Business Management (BM)

Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management

Four Year Fellow Programme in Management

This programme is primarily aimed at preparing students for career as faculty members at premier academic institutions or as researchers or consultants. Fellow students are awarded a fellowship of Rs.20,000/- per month during 1st and 2nd year and Rs.25000/- per month for the next two years.

Eligibility
Candidates applying for One Year General Management Programme must:

Hold a minimum of three years Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University in India/abroad in any discipline.

Be employed in a full-time job, with at least five years, measured in terms of calendar months, of relevant managerial experience as on March 31, 2012 in any public/ private/ government/ non-government organization after graduation.


How To Apply
Candidates can apply either through XAT 2012, to be held on 8th January, 2012 or by valid GMAT scores (taken during January 2009 and December 2011).

The last date for applying is 31st December, 2011.

For candidates who may not be able to attend the physical interview, XLRI offers the facility of online interview process.

For applying to academic programmes of XLRI, candidates have to register on www.xlri.edu and complete the process.
