Admission Notice 2013
Applications have been invited by Commissioner of
Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy, Chennai for admission to Diploma in Nursing
Therapy (D.N.T) and Diploma in Integrated Pharmacy (D.I.P) Courses of Academic
Year 2012-13
QUALIFICATION:
Candidates should have passed in all subjects in +2
of the Higher Secondary Course examination conducted by the Tamil Nadu Higher
Secondary State Board or the Senior Secondary School Examination under CBSE
Pattern or equivalent examination with the following group of subjects in one
and the same attempt.
(a) Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology; (or)
(b) Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology; (or)
(c) Physics, Chemistry, Biology with any other
subject.
Candidates who have passed in vocational system and
private candidates are NOT eligible to apply for the courses.
MINIMUM
ELIGIBILITY MARKS :
For OC : Minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in the
Science subjects namely Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Botany and Zoology.
For BC/ BCM /MBC/DC : Minimum of 40% marks in
aggregate in the Science subjects namely Physics, Chemistry and Biology or
Botany and Zoology.
For SC/SCA/ST : Minimum of 35% marks in aggregate
in the Science subjects namely Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Botany and
Zoology.

FORMS:
Applications can be obtained either by hand or by
post from the following centres on submitting a DD for Rs. 350/- in favour of
Director of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy ,Chennai-106.

Tirunelveli District.
Govt. Siddha Medical College,Anna Hospital Campus,
Arumbakkam Chennai 106.
Govt. Homeopathy Medical College, Thirumangalam,
Madurai District.
Govt. Ayurveda Medical College, Nagercoil,
Kanyakumari District
Candidates can also download the Application form
from website: www.tnhealth.org and submit the filled in Application form along
with the OMR sheet obtained from the near by Medical College Enclosed by:
1.Application form
2. Scrutiny form
3. Intimation card
4.OMR sheet
The candidates are also instructed to submit their
Application form with enclosures along with Demand Draft for R. 350/- in favour
of Director of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy ,Chennai-106
SC/St Candidates are exempted from the payment of
application fee subjected to the submission of attested relevant document of
proof.
Filled in application form with all relevant
enclosures prescribed may be delivered in
person or by Registered post / Courier service / Speed post to The Secretary,
Selection Committee, (Diploma Courses),
