Diploma Programme in Training and Development (DIP-TD) Course
commencing from: 1st January 2013.
The Indian Society for Training & Development
(ISTD), NewDelhi has invited applications for admission to Diploma Programme in
Training & Development (DIP-TD) Course commencing from: 1st January 2013.
Batch commencing from: 1st January, 2013
Last Date for Submission of completed Application Form: 30th
November, 2012
ISTD
Diploma: Eligibility Criteria
Graduate of recognized university or its equivalent
and have a minimum of two years experience in the capacity of an Executive,
Faculty, Administrator, Supervisor, Manager, Trainer or HR Practitioner in an
organization.
OR
Post-Graduate Degree or equivalent Diploma in
Business Management, Personnel Management or any other recognized discipline.
OR
A Professionally recognised qualification like BE,
ME, MBBS, CAIIB, ACA, AICWA, M Ed
etc. inclusive of degree level education.
OR
Armed Forces Officers who have successfully
undergone course at NDA /IMA / OTA/ Air Force Academy / Indian Naval Academy
and have a minimum of two years working experience.

form. Fill it with all the relevant details and submit along with required
documents and Prospectus fee; Registration fee and Course fee to Diploma Office
at the given address.

Diploma: Enrolment
Students are enrolled every Year in January and
July batches. Only such person who fulfill the eligibility criteria need to
apply for the prospectus by sending a crossed DD for Rs 300/- in favor of
"ISTD, Diploma Programme", New Delhi, or against cash payment at
"Training House", B-41, Institutional area New Mehrauli Road, New
Delhi 110016 between 9:30 am to 4:30 pm on working days (except Saturdays,
Sundays and other public holidays).
APPLICATION
PROCEDURE:
Prospectus and application form can be obtained by
sending a crossed DD for Rs 300/- in favour of "ISTD, Diploma
Programme", New Delhi, or against cash payment at "Training
House", B-41, Institutional area New Mehrauli Road, New Delhi -110016

The registration form, duly filled in, must be
accompanied by the following :
(i) A non-refundable/ transferable Registration Fee
of Rs.500/- by cash or Demand Draft
payable to "ISTD, Diploma Programme", New Delhi.
(ii) Full Course Fees of Rs.25,000/- in one lump
sum or can be paid in two equal installments of Rs.12,700/- each by cash or
Demand Draft. Payable to "ISTD Diploma Programme", New Delhi
Concessional Course Fee for Armed Forces officials,
including retired, and SC/ST candidates: A concession of Rs.5000/- in the
course fee is allowed provided proper certificate testifying the above is
furnished with the application for enrolment; the concessional full course fees
of Rs.20,000/- (can be paid in two equal installments of Rs.10,200/- each) by cash or Demand Draft
payable to "ISTD Diploma Programme", New Delhi.
Completed applications are to reach Programme
