Recruitment of Fellows for PGDM (ABM) MANAGE

National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad, an autonomous organization under Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India, offers a 2-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Agri Business Management) [PGDM (ABM)]. This Programme started in 1996 with an objective to prepare Techno-managers and has carved a niche for itself as one of the premier programmes at national level.

2.       Positions

MANAGE invites applications to recruit Fellows in the following areas.

i)           Marketing Management

ii)          Accounting and Financial Management

iii)          Logistics and Supply Chain Management

iv)          Export and Trade Management

v)           Operations Research

The Fellows will be intensively engaged for i) teaching to students of PG Programme, ii) offering consultancy to Government, NGOs and Agri Business companies, iii) conduct of research, iv) offering MDPs and training programmes for executives of Agri Business companies and government officers of agriculture and allied departments.

3.       Remuneration / Salary

The Fellows will be appointed on a contract basis, initially for a period of 2 years extendable further based on performance. A consolidated annual remuneration / salary ranging from Rs.14–16 lakhs based on qualifications and experience, with an annual increment of 10% will be offered.

4.       Essential Qualifications

(A) The applicant should have first class Master’s Degree in relevant subject / MBA / PG Diploma in Management / Agri Business Management or its equivalent from a recognized University or institution with specialization in any one of the following subjects.

i)           Marketing Management

ii)          Accounting and Financial Management

iii)          Logistics and Supply Chain Management

iv)          Export and Trade Management

v)           Operations Research

(B) The candidate should possess Ph.D. Degree in one of the above mentioned subjects and 10 years of teaching and research experience.

(C) The candidates possessing Ph.D. as mentioned above with 10 years of industry experience are also eligible subject to meeting the qualifications given at 4.(A).

(D) The candidates should have the ability to handle at least any two subjects indicated above.

5.       Age

The candidates should be in the age group of 35-50 years.
