M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering
(Microwaves) Course for the session 2013-2015
Application in prescribed form has been invited for
admission to two-year full time M.Tech in Electronics and Communication
Engineering (Microwaves) Course for the session 2013-2015 at the Department of
Physics, the University of Burdwan.
Eligibility:
BE or BTech in Electronics / Electronics and Telecommunication Engg. /
Electronics and Communication Engg. / Radio Physics and Electronics / Applied
Electronics / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering with at least 50%
(45% for candidates belonging to reserved categories) marks in aggregate.
GATE- qualified candidates will get preference. A
few seats are kept reserved for sponsored candidates fulfilling the basic
eligibility and having at least two-year full-time work experience in a
Registered Firm / Industry / R&D Institution etc. after acquiring the basic
eligibility criteria. Non - GATE candidates may also be considered for
admission, if seats are not filled up by the GATE qualified and/or sponsored
candidates.
Forms may be had (i) from the University Sales
counter on production of relevant mark-sheet and on payment of Rs. 450/- in
cash between 11 am to 1:30 pm till 05.07.2013 (excluding Sunday & Holidays)
OR (ii) by post from Sr. Supdt., Sales and Information Unit, Burdwan
University, Rajbati, Burdwan -713104 by sending documents for basic
eligibility, a self-addressed stamped envelope of Rs. 30/- only (23 cm. X 13
cm.) and a D.D. of Rs. 450/- drawn in favour of the ‘Finance Officer, Burdwan
University’ payable at SBI, Burdwan University Branch OR (iii) from the
University Website http://www.buruniv.ac.in
and completed application form may be
submitted along with requisite fee through DD.
Filled in forms must reach the office of the Secretary,
Faculty Council (Science), The University of Burdwan, Rajbati, Burdwan 713 104
latest by 05.07.2013
