are invited for the purely temporary post of a Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Senior Research Fellow (SRF)/Research
Associate (RA) in the project entitled “Geochemistry, petrogenesis and isotopic studies of mafic
dykes from Sonbhadra district Son Valley: Implication to Evolution of
Sub-Continental Lithosphere in Central
India” sponsored by Council of
Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi. Fellowship is as per CSIR rule.
1.
Junior
Research Fellow/(JRF): Salary: Rs
16,000/- + HRA
Essential
Qualification: The candidates should be M.Sc. in
Geology or, equivalent degree with 55% mark and passing of NET/GATE test and
age not exceeding 28 years.
2.
Senior
Research Fellow (SRF): Salary Rs 18,000/- + HRA
Essential
Qualification: The candidates should be M.Sc. in
Geology or, equivalent degree and at least two years of post-M.Sc. research
experience in relevant field, as evidenced from published papers in standard
refereed journals; and age not exceeding 32 years.
3.
Research
Associate (RA): Salary Rs 22,000/- + HRA
Essential
Qualification: The candidates should be PhD or equivalent
degree in Geology in relevant field, and age not exceeding 35 years.
The project is valid
for a period of 3 years. The project had initiated in August 2012. The selected
candidate will be appointed on purely temporary basis initially for a period of
one year or till his service is required by the Principal Investigator or till
the validity of the project, whichever is earliest.
