Applications are invited by Sri Venkateswara
Institute of Medical Sciences, Tirupati, from the eligible candidates of Andhra
Pradesh for the entrance test for admission into the following MD courses for
the year 2014
1. MD (Anaesthesiology)
2. MD (Biochemistry)
3. MD (Medicine)
4. MD (Microbiology)
5. MD (Immuno-Haematology & Blood Transfusion)
6. MD (Pathology)
7. MD (Radiotherapy)
8. MD (Radiodiagnosis)
Eligibility:
The candidates who have passed MBBS course from a
medical college recognized by MCI and completed internship at the time of their
applying are eligible. The candidates who will be completing internship on or
before 31/03/2014 are also eligible to apply.
Application:
Candidate seeking admission to Entrance Examination
is required to Apply through On-line. Log on to www.svimstpt.ap.nic.in and navigate to link “Apply On-line
SVIMSPGET-2014”.
The candidate has to pay an amount of Rs.2000/-
plus Taxes through online mode from any bank or Debit / Credit Card.
Selection:
The Computer based Entrance Test will be held in 4
cities as mentioned below.
The candidate can opt for any two of the following
cities i.e. Preference 1 and Preference 2 for
appearing for the examination.
1. Hyderabad
2. Vizag
3. Vijayawada
4. Tirupati

to 5.00 pm)
Release of final key and Merit List : 21/02/2014 (After 5.00
pm)
Date of counseling, payment of fee, submission of original
certificates and bond : 09/04/2014
Commencement of the course : 02/05/2014
Closure of admission : 31/05/2014
