Inter-Collegiate transfer of PG Students
Applications in the prescribed form are invited by
University of Kerala from regular students of PG Degree Program 2014-2015 under
Merit and Management quota in Govt. / Aided and Self-financing Colleges
affiliated to this University, for Inter-Collegiate transfer of II Semester PG
Degree Course. Transfer will be effected only between the institutions of
identical category and fee structure and within the University of Kerala. The
Subject / Branch in both the Colleges shall be under the same Scheme and
Syllabus.
Applications duly filled in should reach the Office
of the Registrar, University of Kerala on of before 23.02.2015.Both the Principals of
the Colleges where the student is at present studying and the student intends
to be transferred to, should attest the application and forward it to the
Registrar, University of Kerala, Thiruvanathapuram-695 034 and remit
Rs.1000/-(Rupees one thousand only) towards the fee for processing the application
and if selected, a fee of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred only)
shall be remitted as fee for transfer (in case of D/D add Rs.10/-extra). The
fee shall be paid to KUF through University Cash Counter/Friends (Janasevana
Kendra) or by DD drawn in favour of Finance Officer, University of Kerala,
Thiruvananthapuram -695 034.(DD shall be drawn from SBT/SBI/District
Co-operative Bank, payable at Service Branch, Thiruvananthapuram). The merit in
the qualifying examination shall be taken as the criteria for transfer.
An attested copy of the Mark List of the Qualifying
Examination for admission to the PG Semester Course should be submitted along
with the application.
