Master in Medicine in Family Medicine (M.Med in Family
Medicine) Admission Notice 2015
Department of Distance Education, Christian Medical
College, Vellore has invited application to 2 Year Master in Medicine in Family
Medicine (M.Med in Family Medicine) course to be commenced in August 2015.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1. Candidates must possess a valid MBBS degree
2. Candidates must possess a valid MCI/State
Medical Council registration
3. The course is open to Indian Citizens currently
residing in India only.
4. The course is open only to doctors who are
currently in active clinical practice
All candidates desirous of doing the M. Med in
Family Medicine Program must take the Computer Based Entrance Test (CBT).
Candidates will be shortlisted based on the results of the CBT.

The application fee (Rs. 1000) can be paid by any
one of the methods given below:
1. Online payment : Use a credit / debit card
2. Payment by Demand Draft
DD has to be drawn in favour of C.M.C. Vellore
Association, payable at Vellore. Write your name and application number on the
back of the Demand Draft and send the original DD to the address given below
before 13th April 2015.
3. Payment by ICICI Challan
Send the original challan to the address given
below before the 13th April 2015.

completed sponsorship forms & supporting documents
23rd May 2015 : Step-1 (Computer Based Test) in
centers allotted (Afternoon Session)
22nd June 2015 : Announcement of list of candidates
who qualify for Step-2
29th June 2015 : Last Date for acceptance of offer
of admission by email (Completion of Step 2)
6th July 2015 : Last
date for submission of documents related to acceptance of the offer of
admission and course fee payment
7th July 2015 : Start
of Step 3 - Certificate verification stage
1st August 2015: Course Begins
