Applications are invited for the 3 Year (Six
Semesters) BA Program in the newly established MANUU Arts and Science College
for Women at Budgam, Srinagar (J&K)
The details of the U.G. Program are as follows:
B.A.: History, Political Science, Public
Administration, Economics, Sociology, Islamic Studies, Urdu, English, Hindi,
Arabic, Persian
Duration: 3 Years (6 Semesters)
Intake Capacity:
The intake capacity for the College offering BA is
as under: Arts with different combinations – 150
Eligibility Criteria:
Higher Secondary/Intermediate/ 10+2 from a
recognized Board of School Education/ Madarsas recognized by MANUU’s
Equivalence Committee with minimum pass marks
The maximum age for admission in to B.A is 22 years
for General Category
Mode of Admission: Overall Merit in Qualifying
Examination
Reservation: SC/ST 22.5%; OBC 27% (As per GoI norms
notified from time to time)

through Demand Draft of Rs.200/- by hand and Rs.250/- by post (including
Registration Fee)

alongwith Application Form if downloaded from University’s website www.manuu.ac.in
DD should be drawn on any Nationalised Bank in favour
of Incharge, MANUU Arts & Science College for Women, J&K Bank, Branch
Jawahar Nagar, payable at Srinagar
Submission of Filled in Application Forms: The
filled in application forms along with the self-attested copies of relevant
