Nirma University is a statutory university established under the Gujarat State Act and recognized under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act. which is a leading Institute offering multi-disciplinary Undergarduate, Postgraduate and Ph.D programmes having many nationals awards at it credit.

The Institute invites applications from the candidates who have passed 12th Science Examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with the percentage of mark as to be decided by the Government of Gujarat under the rules of admission and, appeared in AIEEE 2011 for admission to B.Tech Programmes. The seats will be filled-in as per the following details:

75% seats shall be filled in by the candidates who have passed 12th Science Examination from the schools located in Gujarat State on the basis of merit considering equal weight age of marks obtained in AIEEE 2011 and the marks obtained in the theory of Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.

25% seats shall be filled in by the candidates who have passed 12th Science Examination with above mentioned subjects from the schools located in India (includng Gujarat State) on the basis of All India Rank of AIEEE 2011.

Application forms along with Prospectus will be available from the Office of the Institute of Technology, Nirma University and also from all branches of the Kalupur Commercial Co-operative Bank in Gujarat State on all working days from 11 am to 3 pm on payment of Rs.1000/- from 8th April to 31st May 2011.

Application form can also be downloaded from the website www.nirmauni.ac.in from 8th April to 31st May 2011 and submit the same to the following address along with DD of Rs.1000/- in favour of "Institute of Technology, Nirma University, payable at Ahmedabad.

The last date for submission of application is 7th June 2011

Candidates applying for more than one programme will have to use separate application forms. Application and prospectus can be obtained from the Registrar, Alagappa University, Karaikudi - 630003 on requisition along with a crossed Bank Demand Draft (for the amount mentioned against the Programme) drawn in favour of the Registrar, Alagappa University payable at Karaikudi by post or in person.

Applications can also be downloaded from the website www.alagappauniversity.ac.in. Downloaded-filled in applications should be accompanied by a DD for the specified amount of application cost as mentioned above. Candidates appearing for the Final Year/ Semester Examination can also apply.
