Applications have been invited by University of Calicut for the BA/B.Com Open Stream Entrance Examination 2011 conducted by its School of Distance Education. The degree courses (as under) are under CCSS Pattern and Date of Entrance Examination is 13th & 14th August 2011 (Saturday and Sunday):

Eligibility :-
All those who have attained the age of 18 years by the first day of July during the year of admission are eligible to apply for the entrance examination.

How to apply :-
Students desirous of joining the Degree course have to submit application online at www.universityofcalicut.info
Entrance Examination Fee - Candidates enrolled in India : Rs.750/-; SC/ST : Rs.375/-; Candidates enrolled abroad : USD 110
Postage fee : Rs.50/- (Only for those who submit the printout of the online application by post)
The printout, along with chalan/DD (Outside Kerala), attested copies of documents proving Date of Birth, Caste (if SC/ST) should be submitted to the Director, School of Distance Education in any of the manner given below:

University, Tirupati - 517 502 by sending a demand draft for Rs.260 drawn in favour of the Registrar, S.V. University, Tirupati payable at AB / SBI - SVU Campus, Tirupati with name, address of the applicant and the course written on the reverse side of the Demand Draft or by submitting the Demand Draft for Rs.200/- in person.
