Admission Notice (MTA, BHM, BTA+MTA)- 2012
Applications are invited up to 19th May,2012 for admission to Two Years Master of Tourism Administration (MTA) ,Five Years Integrated Course (Master) in Tourism Administration (FYICTA) and Three years Bachelor in Hotel Management(BHM) for the session 2012‐13 through an Entrance Test to be held on 9th June ,2012 followed by Group Discussion and Interview to be held at HPU Shimla only.
For MTA.
• No of Seats : 40 (20 Subsidized and 20 Non‐Subsidised Seats)
• Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) or equivalent.
For FYICTA (BTA+MTA)
• No. of seats: 35 (25 Subsidized and 10 Non‐ Subsidized Seats)
• Eligibility : Plus 2 in any discipline with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) or equivalent
For BHM
• No. of Seats: 40(Non‐ Subsidized)
• Eligibility: Plus 2 in any discipline with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) or equivalent.
For Prospectus Contact: Director, Institute of Vocational (Tourism) Studies, on payment of Rs. 200/‐(on counter) or Rs. 250/‐ (by post) through IPO/bank draft in favour of the Director, IVS, HPU, Shimla.
