Sale and submission begins across the counter at the CUK office till 25th June 2012, 05.30 p.m. excluding Sundays and holidays (Rs 400/- and Rs 300/- for SC/ST candidates)

Address a letter to Assistant Registrar (Academics) enclosing a self addressed and stamped envelope containing demand draft of required amount

Write request for prospectus and application form clearly on the envelope (Rs 450/- and Rs 350/- for SC/ST candidates)

Visit  www.cuk.ac.in to download and print the application form to be sent by post with required demand draft to Assistant registrar (Academics)

Write application form clearly on the envelope (Rs 400/- and Rs 300/- for SC/ST candidates)

All payments are to be made through demand draft only as per following details
