Information on Sale and Submission of Prospectus & Forms
By Hand:
Sale and submission begins across the counter at the CUK Office till 5.30 pm of 25th June 2012, excluding Sundays and holidays (Rs. 400/- & Rs. 300/- for SC/ST candidates)
By Post:
Address a letter to Assistant Registrar (Academics) Enclosing a self-addressed and stamped envelope containing DD of required amount. (Write 'Request for Prospectus & Application Form' clearly on the envelope) (Rs.450/- & Rs.350/- for SC/ST candidates)
On Web:
Visit www.cuk.ac.in to download and print the application form to be sent by post with required DD to Assistant registrar (Academics). Write 'Application Form' clearly on the envelope'. (Rs. 400/- Rs. 300/- for SC / ST candidates)
