How to apply?

The student can apply for admission by filling application form online through

http://www.mponline.gov.in or https://www.mponline.gov.in/portal/services/Jiwaji/Dashboard.aspx  and the payment for the application fees can be made through credit/debit card or by net-banking. The application fee is Rs. 500/-. Each student can submit admission form for a maximum of five courses. Separate registration fee of Rs. 100/- per course has to be deposited, in addition to application fee Rs. 500/- along with the admission form.

The printout of admission form along with the Photocopies of the Mark Sheets and other required documents (SC / ST / OBC / FF / PH / Kashmiri migrant / Parsi / Staff Ward / NRI / NCC / NSS / Sports etc.) are required to be submitted to the Chairman Admission Committee, School of Studies in Physics, Jiwaji University, Gwalior- 474011, either by Speed Post or in person. It can also be submitted at Central Library by hand.

Application in the prescribed profarrma has been invited by Jiwaji University, Gwalior, M.P, for admission in the following courses offered through Distance Mode from eligible candidate.

For getting forms by post, candidates have to send self-addressed envelope to, Director, SOS in Distance Education, Distance Education Building, University Campus, Gwalior – 474011.

Last date of submission of Application Form (without Late Fees) is – 15 October 2011 and 30 October 2011 with Rs.200/-and 30 Nov 2011 with Rs. 500/- late fees.

The fee may be deposited by the Bank Challan in the Central Bank of India in any branch of M.P.

How To Apply
The student can submit application form for Admission, Online only through https://www.mponline.gov.in by paying Rs. 550/- ( Prospectus Fee Rs. 500/- + portal fee Rs. 50/-) to be paid at MPONLINE Authorized Kiosk centre within Madhya Pradesh or through any Credit card / maestro Debit card/net banking from anywhere.

The student can also submit admission form using NET from their home, through MPONLINE and making the payment through credit / debit card or by net banking. Each student can register for maximum of five courses.

Separate registration fee of Rs. 200/- per course has to be deposited along with the admission form fees.

The candidate is required to submit the printout of online paid Admission Form (unpaid form will not been entertained)) along with the photocopies of the Mark- Sheets and other required documents (SC/ ST/ OBC/ FF/ PH/ Kashmir migrant/ Parsi/ Staff Ward/ NRI/ NCC/ NSS/ Sports etc) to the CHAIRMAN ADMISSION COMMITTEE, School of Studies in Physics, Jiwaji University Gwalior- 474011 by last date by Speed Post/ Regd. Post or in person.
