MBA MANAGEMENT SEATS ADMISSION 2012

Eligibility 

The eligibility for admission to MBA full time degree course under the University of Kerala  is a pass in BA, B.Sc, B.Com with 50% marks in aggregate in Part III and for all other degree 50% marks in aggregate. The degree shall be one recognized by the University of Kerala.  

The MBA applicants need to have a valid MAT score conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA) during September 2011, December 2011, February 2012 & May 2012 and Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) conducted by AICTE. 

Selection Procedure 

• A Valid MAT/ CMAT Score approximated to 80% weightage.  

• Group Discussion (approximated 10% weightage) and Personal Interview (approximated 10% weightage). 

How to Apply 

The candidates seeking admission to MBA programme should apply to the college in the form available at the college office or can be downloaded from the college website www.lmcst.ac.in along with DD for Rs.500/- favouring “Principal LMCST” may be given directly to the Principal or sent to: The Director/ Principal, Lourdes Matha College of Science & Technology, Kuttichal – PO, Trivandrum – 695574.

First Semester : 50,000/- (Excluding caution deposit, University Registration  Fee, Bus Fee, Hostel Fee etc) 

Second Semester : 50,000/- 

Third Semester : 50,000/- 

Fourth Semester : 50,000/- 

* Laptops have to procure by the students as per the specification of the department. 

GD & Interview for 2012 – 2014 admission is scheduled on Wednesday, January 18th and Saturday January 21st 2012, at 10.00 am in the college.

MBA Admission Procedure 2011

Eligibility:
Eligibility for admission to MBA should have a pass in BA, BSc, BCom with 50% marks in aggregate, in part III and for all other degrees, 50% in aggregate to be approved by the University of Kerala.


Selection procedure
1. MAT Score in the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by the All India Management Association (80% weightage) during Sept 2010, Dec 2010, Feb 2011, and May 2011.
2. Group Discussion - All candidates satisfying the eligibility condition will be called for a group discussion conducted by the college. (10% weightage)
3. Personal Interview – The group discussion is followed by personal interview by a panel of experts to assess the candidate’s communication skills, personality traits and overall suitability for a managerial career. (10% weightage)
