M.Phil Nano Biology Admissions 2012

University of Kerala Centre for Nano Science and Nano Technology, Kariavattom has invited applications for admission to MPhil course in Nano Biology.

Eligibility:
* Second Class post-graduation in Nano Science & Nano Technology / Bio Chemistry / Bio Technology / Botany / Zoology / Micro Biology OR
* Graduation in Medicine / Pharmacology / Veterinary Science / Dentistry from a recognised university with minimum 55% marks.

SC/ST candidates are eligible for relaxation in marks.

Admission will be based on the marks scored in the eligibility examination and entrance examination (50:50).

Application forms can be collected from the office of Centre for Nano Science and Nano Technology, Kariavattom by producing a Chellan for Rs. 25 or a Demand Draft ( SBT / SBI / DCB ) for Rs. 35 drawn in favour of The Finance Officer, Kerala University payable at Thiruvananthapuram.

For getting application form by post, a self-addressed stamped envelope must be sent to The Honorary Director, Centre for Nano Science and Nano Technology, Kerala University, Kariavattom, Thiruvananthapuram - 695 581.

Last date for submission of application form: 12 January, 2012.
Date of Entrance Examination: January 19, 2012.
Classess will commence on: February 1, 2012.

Applications have been invited by the Centre for Nano Science and Nano Technology, Kerala University, Kariavattom for admissions to M.Phil course in Nano Biology.

Eligibility:
* IInd Class Masters Degree in Nano Science and Nano Technology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Botany/ Zoology/ Micro Biology.
* Candidates who have scored not less than 55% marks for postgraduation in Medicine/ Pharmacology/ Veterinary Science/ Dentistry are also eligible to apply.
* SC/ST candidates are eligible for relaxation in marks.

Selection will be based on the marks scored in Postgraduation and in the entrance examination (50:50).

Application forms can be obtained from the office of the Centre for Nano Science and Nano Technology, Kariavattom by submitting either a Chellan for Rs. 25 or a Demand Draft for Rs. 35 , drawn in favour of, The Finance Officer, University of Kerala payable at Trivandrum (from SBT/SBI/DCB).
